Subway

The two girls behind the counter are the most efficient sandwich artists I have ever seen. Yet they retain a friendly manner. Ingredients are top notch and always tasty.

Usually only go once a month with how hit and miss it is. However I've had 3 in the last 2 weeks and all 3 have tasted different and been different temperatures. I always order the exact same thing. How can it be soon different every time? Will only go if I see certain staff on now otherwise, keep walking!

Excellent friendly staff, I pretty much go every day and they all know my order pretty much without me having to say anything, friendly service and excellent food, they do get pretty busy at times but you get served and get your food pretty quickly even when the line is out of the door the lunch time staff are amazing and work incredibly well as a team

Food is your standard subway. However, staff are unfriendly and awful. I get it mate, you don't want to work here, don't put that on me All the tables were filthy, covered crumbs, bits of salad and a sheen that you would normally expect in KFC.

The young kids who work there are nice but their ms boss lady is demeaning.as for me, I asked that my white deli paper be left on my roll, to which she replied.no we can’t do that. I said but you’re going to throw it away so you can do it. I explained that my subway paper gets to wet and rips.she wouldn’t do it. I bought 5 rolls tonight.never again.subway doesn’t taste good enough to have that bad of customer service.

Food is okay but customer service is horrible. No one smiles or greets you nicely. Requests are either ignored or you’re made to feel like you’re being annoying for making a request with your own food. The staff seemed annoyed by doing their jobs, makes the whole process unpleasant. Coming from the industry myself I know how important customer service is and every time I visit this store I’m left feeling the same way every time. Hopefully staff attitude improves.

Service was horrible, messed up my sub than once. Staff sound dead on the inside. Lack of commucation between staff and overcharge on sub deals.

Lets just say.a brick wall gives better customer service. The sub I ordered turned out pretty good, shame that it was let down by some not very nice ladies.

May it's the Pilbara tax but $16.50 for a footlong Tuna with avocado and beetroot.
Meatball $12.50. I'm just not supporting all these price increases. Don't be lazy go to Coles next door and make your own healthy Sub Sandwich.

A nice little subway located in the Karratha shopping centre. The sandwich was pretty good. The price was not hugely different to ones in Perth.
