Subway

Blond white kid gave me this godly sandwich.recommended that I buy the chicken classic and it was the best decision of my life. I owe this man. I come back almost weekly to see this spectacle of a human. This Subway has changed my life for the better. I hope the young man who served me goes on to have a fulfilling life. We should all aspire to be more like him.

Fresh food, clean layout and countertop, yummy sub.

This kind wonderful, handsome small young man is the greatest sandwich maker in the world, look for the white guy, and try to get him to serve you. He is kind and wonderful and makes great conversation.

Staff wearing a mask in 2023, gives the impression they are making my food whilst sick. Won't buy food from people wearing masks

Asked for avocado toasties and the staff working there put avocado on toast then proceeded to MICROWAVE it. When I told them about how its just wrong to microwave avocado, they ignored.
I came back recently to have a mid-shopping snack break and I ordered a cheese toastie to give this place another chance but boy was I dissapointed. The ratio to the cheese and aioli was soooo off, the toastie was wet and soggy which defeats the whole experience of a toastie.
Do better. Will not return or recommend.

I was served by a young girl (i think her name was Jorja) and the service was phenomenal. She had such high customer service skills and was very helpful with her recommendations when my son didn't know what he wanted. Outstanding service, With the best subway sandwich i've had in a long time (a big surprise considering my previous experiences with this store). Will be back soon. Thanks Jorja!

Never had any complaints when ordering from any of the restaurants except one didn't have any bread

Bought lunch here and didn't enjoy it at all. The food wasn't fresh, the cookie was grainy and stale, some of the salad was old and dry. Overall didn't taste that great, won't be getting lunch here again.

I've been going for years to this subway and it's usually great and the staff are usually lovely. However the last two times i went, the middle aged asian gentleman was eating food behind the till. When other customers and I stood in line to place our order, he came over and began to make our sub. He didn't wash his hands after putting food in his mouth, in fact he continued to chew his food with his mouth open in front of all of us. He saw my disgusted expression, but it didn't phase him in the slightest. He didn't seem to phase the other patrons much either for some reason.

Worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Bread was burnt, hair in the roll. The Asian lady serving was really rude when we enquired why the 15 min wait and about subway points. Never going again.

We were rejected to use 'buy 1 get 1 free' voucher again today, saying that the scanner for reading voucher is not working.
It is 3rd time in Subway that we were rejected to use voucher even though the shops were not excluded from the deal.

Beware people, the Asian lady (owner) intentionally told me that the system is hanged/down, so I couldn’t redeem my subway points. What a shame.

Very nice service, I was ordering for my sister and they were very patient when I had to ask her what she wanted before telling the employee. Would go there again.

My once in a while lunch, very tasty! Service today average but understand school holidays put extra ptessure on staff

Went to order a sub on 18/12,
I asked what subs are $5 as I m on a tight budget, he said the “chicken range”. I then ordered teriyaki chicken. When paying, he said the price is $8 as its teriyaki chicken, he literally failed to mention its extra $3! I said I only wanted to $5 range, and he said alright and started to crush up my sandwich. But called me back again, and manager took over, and I still got served the crushed sandwich.

I actually don’t do this type of review but I have to say,
the singular worst subway I have ever had ordered.
I ordered all the salads but didn’t realize that they were counting lettuce leaves. 2 pieces of tomato, a strand of onion, no love put into. I would rate a 0 star if I could

I asked for a pizza melt today 6" and only had 2 pieces of cheese on it. I said usually there is 3 slices and he replied with you can put in a complaint online and was actually quite rude.so I won't be going back to that subway again
