This must be the worst Subway store in Perth, tonight was the 4th time with Uber Eats I have had the wrong order delivered, it always is made sloppily and the produce looks old sometimes especially the lettuce. It appears they are cutting costs with produce and the staff show no care what so ever. Very disapointing

Staff were abrupt, did not look at me, nor smile. Threw the sandwich together, cheese up one end and not the other.
Not wrapped properly.
Not given a napkin nor offered a bag.
Food was fresh and at expected standard.

Worst subway experience i’ve had. The girl only covered half my sub with lettuce, therefore had to ask for more and then she loaded me with what felt like a whole onion. Had to pick most of the onion out as it was too strong to eat. The bread had hardly any cheese and herbs so pretty much got white bread. At payment, I had to scan my sub card multiple times for me to remind her I wanted to use the money on there. She told me it insufficient funds… Not according to my app. Never going back.

Ordered a steak n cheese sub and forgot to add the steak n cheese! Blamed the uber driver for taking it out which he did not as it was still sealed and there was no evidence of steak or cheese anywhere in the sub, no apologies nada.just avoid and go to Yokine subway, they are way better and always get it right.

Ordered a sub box meal via Uber. Did not receive the cookies and the 600ml drink was warm, not refrigerated. Reported to store via Uber app, no response from store.

"AVOID" this place at all cost.
My sub was dry as hell, No sauce at all. Forgot the pickles. And this is not the 1st time happened at this store, probably store owner is saving money for something.
Drive an extra mile and get your sub from other store or pay extra for delivery and order from different store.

Ordered through menulog at 3.30pm. Got confirmed and stated driver was at the restaurant around 3.45pm. From that point on their was no update, driver didn’t move and when I called them they told me they were waiting for bread and they told me it would be 5 minutes. I finished work at 5pm and still no update and food didn’t arrive. Called them back and they told me that they were only just making it then and should arrive at 6pm. 2.5 hours after I ordered it! And when I called to cancel, the lady on the other end didn’t apologies, didn’t seem sympathetic and belatedly didn’t care and hung up after I said yes cancel. Won’t order from their again.

Lisa was rude, to her colleges and people in the queue. The 2 others were struggling and trying to make sense of her chaos. Do your job and treat people well.
When I asked for the manager I was told they weren't in. Shame.

Worst subway in perth by long way.
They always sort of bread when u go there. There were running store without lattuce in stock.
Depsite seing the customer staff were busy in doing gossip.
Never ever go there again.

Terrible customer service. The staff proceeded to make a customer's meatball sub & warm up meatballs. She put the heated meatballs in the sub & realised there were too many, so she used her hand to take one out & put it back in the heated dish to the side. Time passed & subs were made for other people's orders. I ordered 2 Mozza Pots. The staff proceeded to take the leftover heated meatball that had been sitting on the bench for some time (and was cold, then heated then cold from sitting on the bench) & added more cold meatballs to it from a container that was sitting on a bench unrefrigerated & then put it in the microwave. I told her No I didn't want that as it has been reheated then sitting on the bench and now being reheated. She tried to deny and persuade me otherwise and I said No, you can't serve that and why is that container full of meatballs just sitting on the bench top not refrigerated. Then she barely heated the meatballs and when she gave it to me it was cold. It wasn't even warm or hot. It took her 20-30 minutes just to serve me because she didn't know what she was doing, was back and forth talking with the other Indian staff member. Overall bad customer service and shocking health concerns for customers regarding service of reheating, food sitting on the bench, leftover food reheated to give to the next customer etc. I'm extremely disappointed. Headoffice didn't care and ignored my report.

So today was another visit and the lady had no idea what she was doing. She put my 2 Mozza Pots in two large drink cups (?) which didn't have lids and fluffed around doing who knows what. What should have been a 5min visit as I was the Only customer, ended up being 20 minutes! Geez Subway Main St, get your act together. Disappointed and disgruntled

I had an amazing experience recently at subway with a staff named Zeel. Her customer service, friendliness, energy and her attention to detail was genuinely refreshing to see on a Saturday afternoon. Keep up the amazing work Subway!

I have forgiven this store time and time again for simple issues like forgetting to add cheese or sauce to my order.

Ordered Uber Eats last night and it turned up cold. Thinking it was just from being delivered, I opened the two subs and find whoever made the order didn’t bother to microwave the chicken. It was stone cold and revolting. Even the salad was minimal and more like eating cheese and bread.

It really makes me wonder how anyone with half a brain could forget to microwave the meat.won’t be spending another cent here.

Firstly, they are very understaffed and do not have enough experience.extremely dirty work station and lots of cross contamination.took an extremely long time and did not even get what we paid for.will not be going back here again.

Pathetic subway ever I was charged for the items I ordered but missing like pineapple, cheese, sauces ect and very poor quality bread.will never order again.
