Just got served by Wesley, an absolute star. Service with a smile and great conversation, especially for a young dude. Nice work! (Give him a raise)

Food here is exactly what you'd expect. Fresh and made to order. Staff are friendly as well.

This establishment's prices are higher than the nearby Midland Gate Subway. The increased cost is difficult to justify for budget-conscious customers

Helpful friendly staff. They prepared the 6 catering boxes well but napkins were in short supply. I liked that they helped to carry the boxes to my car and even offered to help me pack them in my small car despite the heat. I also parked quite far away since it was my first time at this store and I wanted to park my car in the shade. Staff also tried to fold the napkins nicely for the boxes and they clearly labelled what was in each box. Only complaint is that there was hardly any napkins and subs can be messy to eat (but this could just be me).

They served us bang on 8 after swan view subway closed their doors at quarter to 8.

Foods okay, customer service was unpleasant, felt like a burden ordering food here, the regulars looked to be treated much nicer

Got a chicken sub worst ever had.
Gave it to the dog (I hope the dog didn't get sick) not fresh it was 8.30 at night so must have been out quiet a while.

I’m never a person to write a bad review. But i’m sorry the service i received today from a young girl working on 25th of oct at 1: 45pm was absolutely shocking, honestly once she started serving me i didn’t want to continue my order, i asked for cheddar cheese then realised i wanted old english, she through the cheddar cheese into the meat section and didn’t say one word to me. She was throught around the items she was working with so aggressively it made me feel uncomfortable.i understand people have bad days and things go on in there private life but it’s no way to act in customer service.sorry for the review but that was terrible service today

Love coming here since jess has become the manager the food has really stepped up a couple of notches and she is so friendly great customer service always served with a smile and remember you by name. Such a delightful person everytime I've been here

Staff often do not change gloves in between food handling and money handling. It was very off putting to see them taking money from customers and going right on to handling sandwiches and ingredients. However, friendly service!

Very bad customer service looked like the sandwich artist was dreaming asked for meatball footlong sub and gave me a subway toastie and didn't even ask for salt and pepper and didn't put either.

Shocking customer service. Just went into this store at 9am, Thursday the 13th of May, 2021.

The lady behind the counter thought it would be ok to be on the phone and have a conversation with someone, making me wait over 5 minutes until I had to speak up and tell her how unprofessional it was. Apparently she was on the phone to the store owner.

I’d like to see some change in staff with a professional and customer service based approach.

Store Owner - Maybe train your staff better or hire someone more suited for the position.

Awesome staff, well priced and competitive for the area. The folks here always seem to naturally go the extra mile and it's always appreciated. Easily the best Subway shop in the area.

Bread was stale, very ungenerous with the meat and if you ask for double salad you still don’t get a normal quantity. This had happened the last 3 times.

Went into subway tonight an wow the girl who serve me wasnt good she put the gloves on to make the footlong as the roll was being toasted she cleaned the oven out with the same gloves, she een sprayed the oven with a cleaner.after the toaster had finished she took it out an started to make my roll up with the same gloves she sprayed the oven, i didnt like it so i said change the gloves an she didnt like it i wasnt going to have a footlong after someone had been spraying cleaner som now subway in midland i dont think i go back there afraid of being poisoned

I used to eat the seafood combination they had but for some stupid reason they deleted it: (. I now have the chicken pieces with lettuce and onion. Sounds boring but I can't tolerate certain foods. The staff are very helpful and friendly

Advertised that is open at 7: 30am, got there at 7: 35 and door was locked, waited 20 minutes and went to check and door was still locked, don’t advertise that ur open at 7: 30am if ur not even open biggest waste of my morning

Standard subway sandwiches and cookies- no complaints there. VERY bad customer service, really rude staff who don't smile or make eye contact. If you're not fussed about that then it's as good a place as any to get a nice sandwich.
