34 DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES AT SUBWAY!
I honestly wish i could rate this store a 0 stars because the service was appalling! The girls were rude and rolling there eyes while i was trying to order.these girls need a lesson about how to be a respectful person especially when serving customers and there is no excuse as this is their job choice and if they don’t like it then leave.the food was thrown around and messily wrapped where half of my sandwich was falling out before i even opened it.customer service needs to be taught to these rude ladies and a manager needs to be on as they are working to monitor the behaviour and working of these girls. As well the tables are constantly dirty and we’re not cleaned as customers came and left. They then went and began arguing to a customer who was just trying to order. I just believe that this message should be shown to all the employees so that they will understand that this behaviour is unacceptable!
DO NOT GO TO SUBWAY MANDURAH! Hello if your the manager of this place please teach the people that work there how to make a sandwich and serve properly. First reason, walking in I was taken back by the girl saying “do I really have to serve”, yes you do because it’s your job, if you want to leave please leave because I love subway but the way you handled that was inappropriate, they then continued to make my sandwich so messy that I could hardly eat it as the tomato was falling out and the sandwich wasn’t even closed properly, she then continued to close it with the wrapping paper which caused all the mayo to get everywhere which got all over my hand. Not worth the $9.70 I payed. Please train these girls not to gossip around the back when people are coming through and needing to be served and to be respectful to customers. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service! Not going back thanks
I recently visited Subway Mandurah and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The food was not fresh at all, which was a huge disappointment. The bread was stale and the vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. This made me question the quality of their food and how often they restock their ingredients. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such low-quality food, especially when customers are paying for it. I wouldn't recommend Subway Mantra to anyone. Go to Subway in Falcon instead.
Employees gave us dirty looks today for walking in because they don’t wanna do there jobs, where throwing stuff around the kitchen, where basically yelling about stuff in there personal lives. Don’t eat here it is a very nasty environment
Subs were fine. But no one bothered to clean any of the empty tables so there was nowhere to sit.
Placed an order through the online ordering system. Got a sub dog without the bacon, a Seafoood delight without any seafood and half the cookies we bought and paid for. After contacting the store, we were given the excuse that 'I definitely saw the other staff member put seafood in it' which they didn't, because my mum just ate a salad sandwich. Then their phone 'cut out' and we aren't able to get through to resolve the issue, very poor form, we won't be back.
Good service great food to have. You can add on extra vaggies for no extra cost so highly satisfied
Got the wrong sub order when I got home, tried ringing no answer. Tried again in the morning still no answer.
No care factor the girl might as well work at maccas the way she threw the toppings all over the place what a mess!
We looking for subway falafal or veggie pattie as we are vegitarian. Unfortunately they don’t have any of those so we have only option was veggie deliet subway, we choose that. Also We ordered orange juice after tried we found it’s already expired date. Please check enough stocks of menu items aswell regularly check drinks date.
Staff was very rude! As soon as we enter looking at us without even say “hello” or smile and look at us disgusted. She drop the chicken and she wanted to put on my Sub I was staring at her and she threw it away. I asked for sauce and it was finish i n the bottle, she squeeze it and there was no sauce and she wanted to close my Sub. I had to tell her that I wanted sauce and she was unhappy that she has to go and get a new bottle. When I had to pay the fool me that the machine for discount and scan the card didn’t work because they don’t know how to use it! My partner sub was made in a very bad way that all the filling fell out the bun. When we were sitting down a guy from Uber Eats entered and politely asked them for the second pick up that he took in store and this rude girl said “I don’t make it” seriously? ! The guy left without saying anything and the girls start chit chatting instead of working! Fire her! What is going on with customer service this days! Possible no one check on the way staff work in their store?
The white 6 inch was very dry and seemed slightly stale. The 2 staff seemed very tired. Food was ok.
Really very messy packaging. Ordered no onions because got onions. Put in writing on uber order. No need for cabbage to be mixed with lettuce in Western Australia. We still have plenty at a good price. It also should be mentioned when ordering.
Just the most amazingly wrapped sandwich ever. And the young boys attitude was soo good. He clearly didn’t wanna be their and definitely not the correct portions. Also good to see my sandwich had a hole to breath through don’t want it to choke now do we. (Worked at subway for 5 years, I’m embarrassed for the franchisee)
Ordered online for pick up at 12: 25pm, because I was at work going on my break. Get there and the young lady hasn’t even started it, and put the wrong salads in. Too bad if I was allergic! Her customer service was something to be desired as well. Wouldn’t recommend.
This we the worst subway I’ve ever had. The stuff was soo rude to my friend and I. The Cockburn subway is better.
Rude stuff. My Mrs went to the store to get her subway. She didn’t serve for first 2 minutes, mrs has to call her to get served and later after 2 minutes she started saying Rude words to my mrs. She was on call with me and getting that sub for me. Totally unprofessional staff.
They have not got a simple salad correct in three orders. They don’t understand a Large. They don’t know how to fill a salad bowl nor read what is being ordered. They don’t read the notes. And they can’t even heat up the meat.
Worst subway ever experienced. Girls are so unprofessional and no smile, have been told about closing time just us and no one else. I said no pickle and jalapenos though still in filling.first and last visit. Thank you
I ate well at lunchtime today. Enjoyed every mouthful, from the rye and seeds bread, chicken strips, extreme salad selection and that delicious honey mustard sauce. Yum.
Efficient service, clean eating area inside and out. A fantastic site adjacent to Mandurah foreshore. Good value as I shared a footlong sub with my beloved. Build great memories with Subway.
