The buff indian guy is legend of the sandwich game, the most picturesque sub I have ever seen

I’m literally still in the restaurant but need to commend the young man working tonight.
An elderly gent with a walking stick was coming in and the young man went out of his way to open to door for him, help with his drink, make his sub, and take his food and drink to him at the table.
It’s young people like this that restore my faith in humanity and show me there’s still good people out there. Good job on being a good person.
Really made my day seeing how kind and considerate he was. Good hiring Subway!

I never write reviews for anything but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness of the people that work here. Both times I have ordered I have received a free cookie with a little thank you note and I think that’s the cutest thing ever. Keep up the good work!

GREAT SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD

I never thought I’d go out of my way to review my Subway but that’s just how good it is! Sub was very well made. Apprehensive to say it was on the slow-side but that’s because it looked like it was actually made with care. Plenty of Avo was put on the sub without having to ask for it. The manager came out and started serving customers. We ate in store and can safely say all staff are extremely friendly and seemed to know some repeat customers. Will definitely come here again 5/5:)

Never a bad meal with these guys. Store is always impeccably clean and service is always super friendly and quick, to the point where I'm able to grab a snack 10 minutes before I'm due in for work and still be on time. To top it all off the food always bangs - BMTs and chicken bacon ranch melts in particular are to die for. Franchisors absolutely know what they're doing. Hope these guys stick around for years to come!

They are racist and say no to customer. 20 min left for closing.they say we dont accept the customer because of closing that happen two time.i am not buy free things i will pay for that.very rude and discusting customer service.today its me may be tommorow happen with someone else.not go again

Yeah these guys are not bad as far as the Subway chain goes - The Cloverdale store specifically can’t help the fact that they don’t offer the roast chicken flavour any more, and that these little silly little scoops get smaller and smaller as the years go by… the portion of meat just keeps shrinking doesn’t it…. Or that the cheese is so wafer thin but they can barely peel it apart without breaking it… Or more disgustingly that the cookies are now so small they rival the size of a $. 20 cent piece… when in Canada a few years ago I was amazed at the portion sizes compare to Australia… Were they big! I get fed up with the stinginess of these places… Particularly since Covid. I find the bread at Belmont to be a foot long yes, but it gets narrower and narrower, I mean the Rivervale subway’s bread by comparison is a lot wider… The double meat is basically what standard meat used to be… Come on Subway surely you’re not bankrupt and can afford to be a little less stingy…particularly you Belmont!

I ordered a sub lastnight, they were so stingy with the meat i had to order extra meat, also stingy with the salads, but thats not the worst part, i couldnt sleep the whole night i was feeling nauseous, i vomited everything out this morning, wouldn’t recommend to my dog.

You get good service some days, bad service others. The young girl who served me yesterday 10/12/21 fits into the later category. She was wearing spandex shorts as if to say "I"m hot so I'm allowed to be rude, deal with it! ". Must be hard finding friendly staff though.

You can tell they guy who owns this franchise is very customer centric, as he seems to only hire staff who are polite and talkative. Clearly he's trying to establish good customer relationship to get us coming back. It seems to be working for me and I dont usually eat bread!

I come into this store alot and I'm just absolutely astounded with Beth's efficiency with her job. I always ask for a medium or large drink and she hands me that plastic cup in less than 10 seconds which I would say is a world record of speed. I'm happy with the customer service that she portrays every time she works. Beth is a wonderful employee at the Subway franchise and she should get a raise with how she helps and respects all of her customers needs and wants.

I have my favourite person who seves me, she is alway nice and friendly, and she always remember's my order. I haven't had a bad meal there in 7 yrs

Just wanna give a shoutout to Liz who took the time to help me arrange an order that met my dietary restrictions. I work in retail myself so I know that customer service can be a thankless job but you were awesome!

Excellent service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They are also generous with the fillings which is an added bonus!

I always thought the title of 'sandwich artist' was pretty dumb until Mike made my sub today at this store. It was absolutely beautiful. It looked the way subs do in the ads and tasted amazing.

Super Good! I just bought footlong Chicken strips (sunday deal $8) its very pretty and fresh, taste so good as well. Store was very clean and all staffs were friendly. Thanks mike, you made my day ;)
