22 Thought I’d give this place another go, even though I found a hair in my sub last time I visited.
Turns out I had found another piece of hair when I went for a second visit 2 months later.
Sorry subway, but it’s a shame you cannot keep hygiene to a minimum. I would not recommend this store for anyone to visit.
I only give five stars if Rikki is working she does a great job couldn't ask for better service.
Refuse to go in if anyone else is behind the counter as the service is terrible and I always get overcharged and wouldn't give the other staff one star.
A middle aged Indian man was extremely rude to me. When the seafood was finished I simply asked “Is there any in the fridge, or are you guys completely finished? ” And he proceeded to loudly say “Yes. It’s finished you don’t trust me? Come to the fridge and check then. ” He also is extremely annoyed at making special requests when making subs. I guess his skill set only extends to mindlessly making simple sandwiches.
Worst customer service experience ever. I walked in and stood at the counter ready to order. Aside from the sandwich maker, we were the only 2 people in the store. She looked up at me. I said hi. She said nothing. She looked back down and continued making a sandwich. She put it into the toaster and walked over to me. She looked at me, said nothing, grabbed some bread, and started making another sandwich. I left and said, “excellent customer service”. At this point, she finally decided to speak. She said, “fuck you, mate. ”
Ordered (3 packet cookies) via DoorDash numerous times and was given the wrong cookies every single time. Do they only make single chocolate chip cookies?
Came for a sub and was one of only 2 customers in the shop at 11: 30am. There was 1 staff member and told the first customer (who entered moments before me) "just one sec" so he could finish the online order he was in the middle of making. After about 30 seconds he made the first customers sub and she left. It came to my turn at which point I was told "just a sec" he continued to make the 3 or so subs for the online order meanwhile another few customers came in to the store and were also told just a sec. After what felt like 5 minutes, I was finally served.
This was absolutely the worst customer service experience.
Will never return and will tell others to avoid this store.
Learn customer service basics or get more staff!

Saturday lunchtime and 1 staff member trying to mange uber eats and 7 people waiting, plenty came and went when they saw the line. Feel terrible for the poor staff member trying to handle it as best as he could.
Understaffed, some of the staff need an attitude check and I was overcharged at their insistence. I'm over this Subway.
Purchased a chicken wrap from Como 18/11/21 via uber eats.when i received this it had mould around the edge on the wrap. Called constantly to let them know.phone off the hook.tried again 5 hours later.phone off the hook.i will NEVER buy from this place again.

Always issues with this store. Ordered uber eats and forgot half the order, never have anything in stock, understaffed and had to wait 10 minutes being the second person in line to be served, only to find out they were out of bread.
Service was nice, although they put food in my order that i didn't ask for, i told them and they took it out and put it back in the tub, by then it had touched everything. I then found pickles in my subway that i didn't ask for because i don't like them.they also burnt my cheese toastie.
Half the order wrong. I can fit a foot long filling into a 5inch sub. Wrapper is thicker than the bread. Chicken teryaki with only a couple of pieces of chicken.
AND THATS JUST THE BEGINNING.
I should have read reviews before I went to this subway.never knew a sub could go wrong.the WORST EVER sub. WORST ever customer service, mind you- you don't even need to have great customer service skills at a subway.
Can’t believe I just wasted $10 on a “Hot Grilled Panini”, the meat inside was still cold and cheese not even close to melting point! Served by 33!
Nothing like a bit of racism with your lunch, Indian girl behind counter was quite rude like I was interfering with her day and then an Indian customer came in and she was all over him.
So slow! Can’t believe it takes 20 minutes plus every time I come here. Easier to go across to IGA and make a sandwich myself. This venue has lost their standards with one slow kitchen hand.
Went to get subway after a nightshift (745am) store is closed although should be open at 730 and the staff member inside saw me but ignored me.
The staff are the only issue with this subway. There are only one or two decent employees, the others are incredibly rude and often get orders wrong.
Food was nice but very slow service. At lunchtime today there was only one staff member making sandwiches.
