Subway

What an experience.
Ordered a veggie delight with avo, but no avo available 30 minutes before close. Normally that wouldn't be an issue for me because it happens, but not with the rest of it:
I was charged more than what was shown on their menu board for a 6-inch sub. When I questioned this with the cashier, I was told that that was the NSW and VIC pricing, not the WA pricing. If it's a location thing, that's fine, just don't advertise the wrong pricing in store and take a moment to get the right pricing up on your menus?
Watched them cutting the sub for the customer in front of me and watched as the meat rolled out into the little debris catcher on the edge of the bench, before the bits were picked up and shoved back in.
As it was half an hour till closing time, I got a front row seat to them tipping the salads from the end of the day on top of the full container of the next day's stuff, which is absolutely fine for certain items, but not when you're using the bottom of a container to squeeze the absolute life out of everything in an attempt to get the lid to fit back on. If you're in the middle of a lid drought, just use cling wrap for a few days, leave the poor fillings alone.

Staff are friendly, food is pretty good. This is a fast food chain which is healthier then others. You will always get good food here. Although it is a crammed space, it works fine. And you need to try the cookies, they are the most delicious thing. Overall, do recommend going here.

The customer service was disgusting. Some people that work in Subway in Esperance are rude very abrupt and should not be working there. Got told off for pointing at what salads I would like at, then got my money thrown at me as I chucked my money at her not good would never go back and will tell people not to go there

I've been to subway all over Ozzy and the ladies here make a fantastic sub at lighting speed. I think they are all mother's of a busy house hold at home thus their efficiency.

Very unfriendly supervisor lady! If the boss does not understand how to make a good service then they should let her go.

We attended the shop today we had our kids with us and the were being kids most parents know what they like lol but they sat and ate there food a little but we that this store was really unwelcoming for kids the lady behind the counter was very rude to them and yelled at them a couple of and acted completely inappropriately. I was disgusted her name was Angela there was 2 other employees one apologise to us the manager allowed it to happen I would not recommend this store if you are just grabbing a bite to eat on your way to the park at all when I friend asked her name she said in her words "why do you want to have a go" I honestly was shocked and if I was Subway I would not want someone like representing my product.

Very rude young girl served me. I asked for the fresher jalapenos in the new jar that she got out as the old ones looked all brown and only had a few left in the container. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at her co-worker and laughed.

Very usual with the freshness of food being served like others! The staff were friendly and did serve us for what was asked…

Great for a subway, very clean, although you've got to be very clear with the staff regarding what you want on your sandwich. (for example, "they'll both have the same salads, but one won't have onion" is too complex of a request). I presume they have new staff that are still learning.

Actually a lot of their food is healthy! Prices are quite reasonable and the service is usually pleasant and fast.

Girl in Pink subway dress is very unwelcoming and rude, this person requires more customer service training, other staff's were good

A sub is always great, but then it's also the attendants that can make or break your sub experience. Here at Esperance Subway they make 'em perfect! I've not ever had a bad sub or felt embarrassed for asking for extra heavy sauce. I love having for lunch every so often, and we've even had them cater for a work event and it's always a wonderful experience.

Very poor staff rude bland food which never usually get at a subway, was charged for footlong only had half

Bad service with horrible attitude. Staff play tag and rush orders, then give you a stink eye when you complain about the order being wrong. Won’t rush back to this joint. Suggest you go to McDonalds instead.

Pinoy shop excellent we can order ingredients and the owner very helpful find the goods we need, great service.fresh vegetables and fruits always sold fast.

Eftpos machine not working so was made to walk down the street in the rain so the sub is cold when i get back. Couldn't take 20c off so i could have a clean $10 back but happy for me to pay ATM charges for the cash! Would have been content with 20c off for the trouble but instead it felt like a slap in the face.

Had the most horrible service. When I asked for a drink the lady yelled at me in a very unfriendly way and said they were out. I’ve never had such terrible service at any other subway across Australia. It was extremely rude and very inappropriate.

Fast service even though the place was crowded when we walked in. Big area for dining in as well.

Incredibly rude staff who snapped that the store had closed, but were still serving customers, and had ‘open’ clearly displayed on the door.

Very good and great to see that seafood was brought back to subway. The customer service was excellent. Will come back there for more. Well done subway.
