Subway

2 girls working, double charged me for a 6” sub! When asked the girl about the price she was charging me she wasn’t sure so asked the other girl and other one was like yeah yeah thats the price! They were busy and i had to get back to work so i left and called them again a bit later that day that surely a 6” chicken sub nothing extra and a small bottle of coke doesn’t add up to $25 - she took my number to get back to me its been 3 weeks - piss poor effort from subway employing these teenagers that can’t count past 10 let alone letting them run the store with 0 customer service skills - wont be back there in a hurry

I haven't been into subway for a while due to bad experiences with staff but today the staff were great. They were happy, careful and in good spirits. Thank you. For a Friday night I wasn't expecting this great level of service.

Poor customer service by the two young girls working at 3: 30pm on Sunday 22 Jan 2023. I left the store annoyed. Management please reprimand these girls.

They were very distracted chatting with their friends who were dining in the store at the time — laughing and talking while my sandwich was being made. Had to repeat parts of my order several times because she was so distracted. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation before we could proceed with the sandwich-making.

The ingredients were poorly stocked — she had to go to the fridge 3 times during my order to refill items (salami, red onion, olives). The sandwich prep bench was quite messy.

This was a 2 star experience at best (the sandwich turned out great), but I’ve given 4 stars because this subway is usually awesome:)

Usually a decent subway, but the 2 girls working on Sun, 22/01/23,3: 30pm, were very unprofessional. Order took much longer than it should have because they had not re-stocked the salads, were going back and forth from the fridge for ingredients, and just way too busy chatting with their acquaintances who were in the shop at the time. We were forced to wait for their conversation to end before we were served. Hygiene wise they were handling all sorts of things with the same gloves used to make our sandwiches. The benches had obviously not been wiped down. Wack service.

Wow this young lady that's been working here for a few years makes the absolute best subway I have had in a very long time and that's coming from me who used to work at a subway and was a manager, it was made better than I expected absolute star she is!

Had a girl named Kleo last night! She has got to be the sweetest person I have met. She made me not want to leave the store! I just wanted to stay and chat with her all night. She is meant to work in hospitality and customer service. Never had such a happy employee serve me:)

I walked in to the subway myaree with total respect and walked out naked. A manager named Amy told me to get naked for a free cookie, i wasnt convinced at this point until he told me to start twerking. I couldnt believe this was happening and quite frankly i could not resist this offer. It ended in me doing the WAP infront of him. I left with 2 cookies for the good dancing. Totally recomend.

So nice to be treated like a person when asking for Bacon that is crispy - and also nice not to have to ask for more lettuce and another piece of tomato - Subway how it used to be

Slowest service around. Have walked out on more than one occasion. Really need to hire some competent staff.

Every time I visit this Subway (mainly in the afternoon or evening), the staff are always extremely polite and welcoming. As such, I return to this venue when I am hungry and in the area.

Whilst I don't know their names, I'd like to acknowledge and commend all the staff that have served me. Their friendly/welcoming attitude is much appreciated.

Great service and food is always fresh and tasty! Bevan is an absolute gun at making the sandwiches too with a positive attitude.can't recommend coming here more than a pig in mud!

Worst experience I ever had I ordered chicken teriyaki footlong and quantity of chicken was like nothing it was just bread and salad DISAPPOINTED

Every time I go the girls excuses herself and finds a small task before serving you.its almost like a bad habit. The servings are made small and they never have italian bread. Shop elsewhere from now on

Staff were very efficient and helpful in labelling everything and providing napkins

A quick and efficient healthy meal when i need it that is cheap, personally I get subway salads and think for the price its great value

There service was very average with staff looking quite drab in their attire and lacked the friendliness that is usual at Subway. The salad selection was not fresh.

Good sandwich shop. Lots of ingredients in your bread. Just friendly remind need to fix the redeem point machine
