Subway

Just wanted to say thank you to this lovely staff I’ve encountered today. Two little whiny toddlers of mine walked into subway at about 5pm wanting some cookies and when I took my card out to pay for it, he told me it’s on him and he took his own card out to pay for it. Your gesture has made my day. Thank you so much! Xxx

Asked for a small amount of onions got extra, also asked for 1 small line of sauce, and they drown it while they eyeball you. Ruined my subway!

First time ordering from Bertram store tonight.

I ordered a foot long Sub. Was made to my request however. Someone needs to learn how to cut onion!

I would order again from this store but probably in person next time

Bacon was slimy, not cooked at all. Please take more care in serving these meats for the sake of peoples health. Especially educate any young workers. Very disappointed. Glad it was mine and not my child’s.

I only wanted a seafood sub.
On arrival I discovered a team of motivated individuals whome actually cared about what they were doing. That sub was for dinner, didn't make it.
Generous seafood, and yes I know what it is in Japanese.
I don't often do subway. Shall now.

Thoroughly incompetent Menulog order. Managed to get two ingredients correct out of about 20 options. Would never order from here again. They clearly make things up as they go and can’t read simple orders.

Ordered on the app, was ready when I got there and the service was friendly as always. Great subway!

Just had the best time with staff and quality of food ever. Anzac Day night staff cheeky, in a good way, and service and food, 10/10. Love it. I'll be back, maybe tomorrow.

Got a sandwich delivered was totally wrong I paid for the delivery first the worker was so what you would you like me to do what I ordered called his boss was like come pick up another one are u serious. Normally the worker said they will re-drop of drink ect but omg wrong order all good ignore! Shocking service

We are on isolation and order thru uber eats. When we received the order there just a very tiny bits of salad in my order. At my other places there are decent amount of salat they put un but this branch likes nothing at all. I ring the store ul and they said they can’t do anything about it. Where is tue customer service nowadays? No sorry or return or refund policy. Diagrace of this shop to be honest. I pay $100 for a meal for the family and this is what we get! Thanks Emily for saying that you can’t do anything and thanks for my $100

Slow and would rather make Uber orders than serve customers leaving bread to burn in the oven while making an Uber order

This restaurant has a lovely and fufilling environment. Most employees are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I always love coming into work and seeing what each new day has to offer. I often feel as if it is an escape from all of my worries since i dont have time to think about my life and my future when i am busy making sandwiches. I find it very relaxing to get into the swift and efficient flow of working. The only reason why I am not giving it five stars is because sometimes the customers can be rude and difficult to communicate with

Amazing customer service, especially from the sandwich artist Georgie, real bubbly personality and is very patient and kind 10/10 just don't try the blue cheese

Conditions of subway Bertram today were feral and unhygienic, horrible work environment. Workers were tip toeing and working. The whole store stunk, food was served in this environment

Perhaps the best sub in Perth. Unfortunately, it is impossible to avoid stupid people with stupid negative comments. It seems to be a hobby for them to be awkward.
