Subway

It was a gloomy and sad day. I walked into the subway and instantly amazed by the lovely kind gracious worker. The lovely young girl deserves a pay raise for lifting my spirits. I think i'll buy subway every week now (my order is the extra olives with teriaky chicken and sweet onion sause, i love my olives!)

Sub was fresh, heaps of lettuce and tomato but I had to search for the bacon. Virtually non existent. I am NOT vegan. Very disappointed but macadamia cookies were good.

I love Surimi heated with egg, onion and sweet chilli sauce. Bought the yummy biscuits too.

Went to subway to get lunch and the lady that was serving me was extremely rude. Didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted, walked straight over to the salad bar and when I said can I please get it toasted she rolled her eyes at me. When I said you don’t need to roll your eyes at me she did it again. Thank you to the over lovely young girl who finished making my sandwich

First the negative.unlike other food chains Subway seems to have no standard so every time you go there you can expect a totally different size or portion for what you have ordered.in this particular store unfortunately often ingredients are missing from what you have ordered.but also it is a business run by family and they always friendly and the service is with a smile so that's worth 1 extra star.

The young Man serving was so nice and Very Helpful Definitely go back because of the Great Customer Service

Lovely young man whipped me up 2 platters and a dozen cookies everyone enjoyed commented how yummy and fresh everything was and it was all delicious thank you so much will order again highly recommend

I had a really good experience at this store, Alex took my order and did a really good job making my sub.

Really lovely staff & thrilled to see 3 x cheese choices available. Shame about no avocado though

Poor service, server looked like they didn't want to be there and didnt put any care into the messy dissapointing sub they made me.

Only 1 staff on, waited 15 min to get my sub.
Food appears to be left uncovered all day as tubs of meat were stacked up high enough to stop the fridge closing.

Disapointing, will be going to the one at the belmont forum in future.

Lovely lunch staff, always so friendly and if you’re a regular they always give you nice deals and hacks! Recommend visiting this subway for one of the best customer experience?

This place needs to improve before it would be worth the one star I unfortunately had to give.
Tried to serve me raw bacon bread and then drowned my partners sub in sauce. Pick up your game subway, spend some time training your staff in basic food handling. This place should probably have a health inspection.

Good malted rye bread always put lots of seeds on generous with there serving, new owners since February 2019 doing a good job monika and the staff, no more Rhona.owners and workers previously were absolutely hopeless

I ordered and paid for a footlong veggie sub and 2 cookies via menu log, what I got was a 6inch veggie sub, with the wrong salad and sauce and instead of 2 cookies I was only given 1. The delivery driver didn't even attempt to bring it to my door like he is suppose too. I had to walk out of the building and all the way to the main road. Absolutely appalling. My review on menulog under "Dante" was an accident too, it's meant to be 1star.

Admittedly, I do go here alot because it is convenient on the way home from the airport, although what ever the opposite to a sandwich artist is, you can find it here. If you want a sub that is slapped together in the most awkward way possible by staff who don't seem to care about anything at all. You have found the place. I would say this is a top down issue becuase every time I go here the experience is the same. The owners need to sort their store out.

Very poor service by the short old lady.
Went to the subway on Thursday afternoon
Had to wait for good half an hour to get served as there was only one person working but the wait wasn’t even worth.
I was given half the amount of meat and it wasn’t even wrapped properly
Very disappointed.
Will never visit again

Very disappointed with Rivervale Subway! Foot long Turkey and Ham I get three times a week for $10.25 and they charged me $14.95!
When I tried to explain to the staff they just fogged me off, I should of walked out and not paid but I didn’t because I know how tough it is in times like this. Subway ride the franchisers accordingly.

Ordered here multiple times via uber eats app and half the time they canceld it. When I did receive my order is was mostly wrong and some items were incorrectly prepared.
Going just like all other fast food, expensive and poor quality.

Thoroughly disappointed in the service
I asked for a coffee with my tuna sub I get 2 slaps of tuna spread as thin as butter, it didn't bother me, I was disappointed in subway, at first but then I add a coffee to my meal and all I got was coffee and hot water the lady gave me 1 drop of milk as she didn't want to open a new carton of milk next to her. Thoroughly disappointed in the service
