Subway

I was with my parents, we entered and stood together, friday 12th Aug at around 2.30ish. I ordered a wrap, my father ordered a foot long ans mum a salad.
When I got to the till I was charged $29 and some change, I asked to confirm what I was being charged for, after not being able to finish my request, the older lady talked over top of me like a child. I managed to eventually get out of her that I was paying for two meals.
I advised her there is three of us, I’ll either pay for just mine or all three. She snapped at me and continued to over talk me.
I was a little sarcastic and advised I was getting customer service at its best, told her that I was unhappy and that she was rude.
She advised me I was rude, and continued to ask for the money without completing my request to add the salad for my mum.
Not sure what she thought that I was paying for mine and my dads but not mums.
Rude and nasty lady.
The young girl was lovely.

The staff are well mannered and polite, however the sandwich I received was not up to standard. I asked for lettuce in my pizza melt and they placed it in my sandwich. Turns out they ran out of lettuce and gave me cabbage, you’d think they’d let people know before they put it in a sandwich, they may look similar but they definitely don’t taste the same. Very disappointed.

Staff here are excellent however who was clearly the owner/manager was in barking orders at her staff and had her mask hanging off her chin. Very unprofessional.

This is the third time that I have been on this store and the server has not done my order correctly even after I repeated it a number of times.
Of course I lost my cool, but I did not swear or verbally abuse the server.
I did raise my voice and when questioned by the other server she took her colleagues side of the story.
I slid the drink along the counter towards the denier server and walked out, where I was verbally abused.
I will never be returning there… Ever.

Called in yesterday about 3pm, only wheat and Italian rolls available, no spinach, no tomatoes, no onions and worst of all no apology. Very disappointed

It's pretty mediocre. Subs literally slapped together so food doesn't look anything like you'd expect.

The food is ok but too little vegetables.
Staff have a lot to improve their customer service.

Staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the place is tired and been a way more tlc than it gets.

The young girl serving this afternoon was very rude.
She need to learn manners how to deal with customer.
