Subway

This is absolutely the worst Subway I've been to. The girl serving was so rude and she barely spoke to me and just gave lots of dirty looks and clearly didn't want to be there to serve anyone. On top of that, later on I got a food poisoning and I suspect it happened because of the food from this place! Don't go here if you want to stay healthy!

Wish I could post a pic of "no bread". Literally have one job, sandwiches. Last time I walked in, had to ask the staff member "are you okay, you seem distracted. ". They forgot pizza sauce on a pizza sub. Thankfully I got 5 pieces of olive on the sub that I could have floated in the air and lost in the breeze

Last friday a friend and i went out for lunch and decided to go to subway.the service from the two girls was absolutely disgusting.my friend was trying to decide what she wanted to order when one of the employees rudely asked her “are you getting anything or what” they barely listened while we were telling them our orders and barely communicated as they were too busy talking to each other.they had no manners and some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.there was no “thankyou enjoy your day” and our orders were basically thrown at us.the store looked disgusting as well.

Disappointing. A family infront of us ordered 5 sandwiches then we also ordered 5 sandwiches. They treated the family nicely and respectfully While we were treated like garbage, the girl was very rude and my mum is not happy with how we were treated. The two girls made snark remarks about us and made us uncomfortable. 1 star. I dont recommend unless you are desperate for a sandwich

They close at 8pm which sucks the service is great. Poor girls had a guy pinch subs while I was in there last time. Shocked me.

Very rude girl made the order and she didn’t even bothered to add the dessert into the bag. I paid for whole meal but received only the drink and sub.
Ps when you order from Subway Fremantle please check carefully whether they have given you all the things you order.

The food here is good along with the customer service but the actual restaurant itself is really small, compared to other Subways in Perth, very limited dining area

I went there at 7: 20 pm, welcom by 2 ladies really unfriendly.
Left After that we felt that we were annoying them.
Bad experience.

The order wasnt what i asked for and items were missing. I phoned subway and some snooty girl told me it was not her problem and she refused to help in anyway.will not order from them again.

Went in today, on the 9th of January 2023 at 12: 30 to get a sub, a couple of the staff were extremely rude to everyone who were placing their orders! I have never experienced customer service that was as shocking as that. No professionalism, respect for others, or even just a smile. I’ll be avoiding this subway, at all costs:)

The girls who work here are nothing but rude! I work locally and go there for dinner at least once a week, every week without fail they role their eyes and are nothing but rude to myself and other customers in the store.
Tonight turned me away and said come back in half an hour because they had just “mopped the dry floors” at 6: 45pm (dinner time for most)!

Absolutely appalling customer service and have zero care in their job making sandwiches or serving people!

Girl working today (3/1/23 5pm) with black hair was too rude to be working in a service role

I Went in today 14th December at 8: 30am the girl had an extremely bad attitude. I went in and waited a few mins no service. She comes out from the back. She had ginger hair with scolding face. Says Yer and looks with terrible look. So I walked out. The first time I have done that at Subway. 0/1000 not recommended stay away from that Subway.

Customer service wasn’t very good, very dull workers. Food is same as every subway it’s good.

Staff were hostile and unwelcoming. Seemed overworked and extremely tired. Kept putting ingredients I said no to in my sub.

Best subway in Perth you can actually taste the freshness as the other ones are soggy and outdated everything

Poor customer service from the four workers there when I paid I finally got the basic customer service. If you don't like your job quit it, was ignored more than once and the four women allowed people to push in front of me, looks like they all had a heavy night. Will not be going back again.

The sub ingredients were just thrown on and I could clearly tell they did not want to be there.

I love subway, I could live on the stuff. One of the best things about it is its consistency from store to store, so you always know what you're going to get.

Management of this establishment are rude and forget a full sandwich. Profit mongering and discriminatory toward people with disabilities. Go anywhere but here.

Good shop, the management is lovely and very easy to get along with, unfortunately the overall experience is hit-or-miss for me depending on the staff. Some are lovely and friendly whilst others obviously do not want to be there and give attitude.
