Absolutely brilliant. Our go to for the best Subway now. All the staff are incredible and as a former kebab shop owner, Nikia is a credit to the team. The way she kept making the second sun whilst getting the toasted sun out and keeping the flow going it’s the reason why this Subway is so efficient. Well done team.

Frequently cancel Uber Eats orders just as the delivery time is due.
Out of stock of lots of items on a regular basis.

The bread was old and stale and the chicken schnitzel was like eating an old piece of cardboard. I now drive to the Warwick store which is always fresh.

Sorry but the worst stale chicken fillet subway wholemeal bread (Stale) I’ve ever had hardly any filling and asked for all salads very poor!

Great service every time I come here, and the place is always clean. The subs are always amazing and the staff are polite and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I am a customer of this subway for about 10 years as it is very close to me.
A few days ago around 8: 30 am I went there and asked for a ham and cheese. The girl there didn’t hear what I order and said something which probably I missed. She just gave me bread and tomato sauce
Then I complained and said I ordered ham and cheese and she kept repeating no I asked you and you said nothing. I told her why you argue like that this is not the way to talk to the people, she said Stop Abusing Me!
I got my ham and cheese and left but I hope her manager sees my comment and review the recorded video.
This girl had the most unwell-coming face I had ever seen!
This was my first negative experience with this subway and I hope she goes somewhere else!

Wow this Subway is definitely 110% improvement since previous owner. The girls in here are always so lovely and amazing customer service you can not fault! I am very happy everytime I come to order my lunch. Well done to all the staff on the massive improvement and keep up the good work. My favourite subway by far now.

Staff need a lesson on how to make the gluten free wraps. Microwaving them and overloading them with sauce makes them fall apart.

New owners! Place looks amazing, so clean and fresh. Excellent customer service. Food fresh. I am ao happy for this change!

In for change… this is my local which has been hit and miss in the past. The store is now under new management and already the improvements are striking noticeable. Staff seem happy and subs look great. I even noticed they now have two toasting ovens to keep the line moving. Well done guys and welcome to the area.

Fantastic service - so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Sandwiches were made just as ordered, salads were fresh and well allocated!

I am loving the new and improved subway. I am quite sure that it has gone under new management in the past few weeks.and in such a short amount of time, it has gone from a dull environment to a place that wants me to come back for more. The staff are happier, the store is cleaner, and they beautifully made my sub. Great work guys would 100% recommend it to anyone I know.:)

The young Male worker here was doing best to deliver us with the highest quality sandwiches and doing it under pressure at the o'clock rush. Thanks guys for the awesome service.

Went on my lunch break was very busy, I asked for a pizza sub and then received a BLT which I do not eat ham then was overcharged for something I didn’t order very disappointed

Omg.what a disappointment. We were the first ones there and our 4 subs took 20min to make. But the weird thing is the gentleman who served us last night, was in a rush to make our subs but achieving little. Firstly we arrived, and he was too busy watching the bread, in between getting our order that he wasn't getting it. Then he proceded to cook our meats. Steak he grabbed a small amount in his hand, carried it around looking for paper, picking up lids etc. Was getting to the point of unhygienic. Then cooked the snitzels to an inch of their lives. I could see they were as hard as a rock, rushing throwing the meat on the bread, tearing up the cheese, and not even cutting, or placing nicely. They were so cooked, they took up only half of a six inch. And not to mention they are supposed to cut the meat to fit. Though it was cool so much it had shrivelled anyway. And what made it worse, was it was then recooked when toasted. Rock. Kids had to take the meat out to eat it. The young man was so rough, tossing and throwing, I even had to say politely, I understand you are in a rush but please take a bit if care. So watched in disgust as I requested salads, got different salads and missed others, which in the end I said don't worry. Plopped a bit of sauce on one end, said to me is that it as he wrapped the roll, to which I had to ask for some pepper. This continued for all the subs. My husband even said he asked for all salads so he wouldn't get it wrong. And the wrapping of them all. Ridiculous. Went to pay, and we were just asked for the money, when my husband turned and said we would like some cookies too mate if you don't mind. It all seemed haphazard. No tongs used, gloves which had touched money and meat.thrown into a bad. We are living in a covid world and simplist of hygiene missed. Like I said tho the chicken subs too hard and uneatable. And mine looked like mush.was awful. I feel bad for the young man who served us. Bit hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for him.

This is deadset the worst subway and maybe food shop in the metro region. We went there 3 times in a month and every single time the girls behind the counter were sullen and sad. The energy is non existent and the subs reflect. If you can't put olives on a roll and at least try to hide your grumpiness then maybe its time to rethink your career choice. Won't be back and I'd avoid at all costs unless you feel like having the joy sucked out of you life in an instant.

Waited for the rude staff for 20mins caus they were too busy serving a school, then went on to focus on internet orders and completely ignored me.
I lost my lunch break and couldn’t eat, won’t return again, horrid service!

Worst subway branch. I have been having subway twice a week for quite a long time, as it is close to my work place & never have any issue until I started using this branch. They don't even follow correct preparation procedure. (Put 2 serves for toasting & set toaster for only one serve & so I got only bread with melted cheese on it with not toasted at all. Size of cookies were like 20 to 5. One cookie is size 20 & other is size 5. Do check when you buy cookies from this store, specially when you bulk buy, as cookies are prepacked, so you can't have a good look, until you open the pack.
