Subway

Went to Subway Palmyra on Saturday 21 October 1.07pm our cash ticket stamped. Disgusting food and service. There were three orders, to be placed, one person paying. There was no cohesion with the staff serving. First customer order taken Salad bowl and Chicken, just plonked the full piece on top. 1st Customer had to ask the server to cut it up. 2nd Customer sat down to eat his roll but it was not cut in half as requested. 3rd Customer the roll was left in the oven for such a long time (there were three people served) then back to get the roll out of the oven. We sat down to eat and the roll was all soggy and stuck to the wrapping paper. These people lack in customer service and consideration for the order requested. Would not waste my time and money at the Subway Palmyra.

Ordered my subway twice online yesterday and both times it was ready on time and tasted as expected.

Great service by Alice. I was at 5 pm at store. Nice sub. Best service ever I had.

Alice deserves a cookie. Very fantastic service by her. I had veg d’élite and asked for extra sauces, she did really well without repeating. Well done

The best subway store in Perth, the staff have the most friendly attitude and is always happy and smiling at work. The kid Deva is so polite and always serves us with a happy smile and it's a pleasure to go to this subway. The staff are fast and efficient during the lunch rush and makes the healthiest sub. Thanks to Rajni who has a wonderful team looking after customers like us.

Ketut served me and made a great chicken schnitzel wrap. He is my favourite employee there!

Worst subway experience in my life. Worker Rajni made my
vegetarian sub with salami and when i asked for it to be remade
she refused to make it and refused to give me a refund. Her health
standards were not acceptable and definitely did not meet health
and safety standards.

I want to subway with my in-laws today, and they r pure vegetarian and want everything fresh, so we ask one of the staff members, Ella, to use everything fresh, and she did a really great job, and the best thing is she didn't get upset or get angry while we were asking her lot's of questions. To Again Thanks for ur service Ella.

Quite busy mostly but quick service and clean and tidy dining area. They have their Raspberry cheesecake cookies and the M&M cookies back on the shelves again.

Ordered 5 footling subs for delivery and they got 2 very wrong and the quality of the other 3 was poor. Unable to get through on the phone. Very unimpressed

They are now (July 2022) using cabbage in lieu of lettuce without telling the customer. So that's no good.

Young lady wasn't wearing her mask properly while preparing food. She then rolled her eyes at me after I asked her to wear it properly. Low hygiene standards by all workers.

This evening I went in to Subway Palmyra to pick up some food as I hadn't eaten after a tough mental day, and it's exactly what I knew I wanted.

The lovely young girl working there asked me how my day was, which I don't get a lot.
Working in the hospitality scene myself, I'm used to being the one constantly asking how others are, so for her to straight up sincerely ask me that, was almost unexpected and refreshingly comforting.
I told her my day hadn't been great and I asked her how hers was in return.

She then made my sub for me, it was nice and full of salad, just as you would hope for when you ask for everything. I paid and wished her a goodnight and she did the same in return.

I got home and ate half, leaving the rest for later as I couldn't eat it all this time.
Only later on when putting the rest away, I realised that there was something else in the bag. I pull out this cookie bag with such a simple but beautiful message written on the bag. 'Hope your day gets better:) '. I cried at this point, tears of joy because what a beautiful kind-hearted act this was.

Thank you so much for your hospitality, you're incredible. Don't ever let anyone or anything dim your light ️

Great location where you can order all your favourite subs and cookies.

They are quick and efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have a look at their snacks they offer at good prices.

Salads always well presented and well stocked. The cookies sell quickly so get in early to enjoy your favourite flavour.

Lots of parking available and indoor seating available for dine in.

The young lass was polite and helpful! We were getting a "Seafood footlong" for someone else.so as not to mix our orders she put some identification on it.

I paid for my subway with cash. The employee (who actually made my sub) took the money and gave me my change while wearing gloves. You would expect this person to then remove and dispose of their gloves and apply new ones. She then went straight back to making food with the same gloves on that she handled money with.

Very clean and efficient service.
I had my 2 kids with me and the server even gave us free cookies. A nice little touch that would make us definitely come back again!

Stale bread and minimal fillings, can’t even find my teriyaki chicken or mayo in the sub. Don’t waste your money

Love the way you promote spend over 30 dollars and get a free 1.25l drink.and you don't send them with the orders. I spent over 60 dollars so that's two free 1.25ltr drinks which we didn't get so you owe me to drink a please

Ordered the chicken panini. Not cooked enough. Not cut through in middle. Messy. Just didn't work but.tasty
