Subway

We went to order subway at Beelier store, we ask the guy (06/03/2023) around 0145pm at the service counter about ordering 8 foot long subs of same specifications instead of being happy about big order as businessmen he refused & said as per rules it’s catering order need 2 hours notice which I understand if they were busy but was no customer at the service desk and we were bit upset & told him gona review this, he rudely replied do whatever the F you want to do. That’s so rude and not a good customer service. God help this business where staff has that sort of attitude.

20-2-23 I ordered lunch today from the app, it said it'll only take to 15-20 mins (i ordered at 11: 29) so while waiting I went into Coles to get a couple of things after that I went into Subway to collect my order. The time now was 12: 10pm my brother and I went to go and pick up the order but the workers were saying "there's nothing here for that (Name) " they were pretty rude about it but we showed them the receipt, the order number, the address but somehow it wasn't good enough. After 2/3 minutes of searching they found our order and told us to wait another 15 minutes. Mind you the time now is 12: 30 so me and my brother waited 1 hour for food and also got bad customer service.won't be coming here again

Came in for lunch and had a usual footlong chicken sub, the service was very friendly, perhaps not the fastest subway in the world but not slow and it doesn't matter when the people are nice. Very generous with meats and toppings, would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Subway beeliar need to take a long hard look at themselves. Stale bread and not very fresh salad. What an absolute joke. Maybe get some real workers in there who care about their customers.

Ordered rye with all salads, plus beetroot and egg, ham and grilled chicken
Got charged $16.20 but when opened it had bacon (not ham) and had chicken, no salad at all no egg no beetroot and when I asked for a swap to what I had asked for and clearly charged for they wouldn’t, wouldn’t even refund. Or put what I paid for in it. Soooooo anoyed
So $16.20 for grilled chicken and bacon (when it wasn’t even bacon I ordered) and nothing else that was charged for was in it.

Horrible, my mum went in and ordered a footlong rye bread with grilled chicken and all salads, we received brown bread worth NO salads AT ALL just ranch, bacon and grilled chicken and then refused refund or even to correct the order then the lady had a nasty attitude over the phone and made every excuse under the sun that it was our fault not theirs, never going here again

2 issues that I want to point out.
1. Ordered veg delite with avo. Price was 10.40$. Why was it 10.40$ when the universal price is around 8.95$. I’m not raising it because I wasn’t able to afford the extra 1.50$ but it’s about conducting business ethically.

2. Dine was not allowed. Looks like they decided on their own so that they don’t have to worry about cleaning it afterwards.
Hopefully overal management improves. Staff servicing was alright for me and food as always is good.

Usually I like but today staff were not paying attention to order had no bacon or cleaned tables.were not organised and slow

Came here at 6: 45pm on a Saturday night.
Website and door signage say open till 8: 00pm but they decided to close early. 2 employees inside but door locked and signaled they are shut.

Went there to get a wrap everything was donr in a rush and my wrap was messy and ingredients were falling off it. The knife wasnt cleaned before cutting my wrap and it should be cleaned after every use to avoid cross contamination. Tried to sit down but all three tables were dirty with crums all over them
I am a regular and i go there at least once a week yet wasnt happy with the service

On the day of my order the worker who made sandwich was sloppy and portions of fillings were seriously low. Even barely any Lettuce (prob cheapest filling) so that speaks volumes on the rest of the fillings. Love Subway as a product but this experience was well below what they strive for!

Got this from uber eats ordered a chicken classic and I don't know how because the main ingredient is in the name but all I received was a sandwich with no meat in it save the trouble and go to South lake instead

Went in for a sub, just a standard day.asked for a foot long, and the staff member went through the motions, got to the sauces.asked for a minimal sauce, literally got 1L of sauce. I thought to myself, maybe she's deaf, but she got everything prior to that ingredient correct so I quickly perished that thought and realised she just wasn't fkn listening. 1 star.

Unfriendly staff frozen cucumbers not taking order correctly.what can i say.no expectation but still this is not good enough.

The sub was fine but the place is like a fridge. Measured under 20 degrees on my phone. But what really irked me was the classic millennial response when I politely mentioned this to the staff member - no concern, no apology, no offer of solution. Just a shrug and "there's nothing I can do".
