Subway

I have found this to be the best subway, the staff are great and always happy - there bread is always fresh (unlike others) and the rolls are amade with care to what they're doing and simply taste the best.

Intentionally small portions of tuna, compared to all.other subway branches. Been served by several different staff, so it is being trained that way by management. Avoid this branch.

Excellent food and service, Katrina and the other staff have excellent customer service skills and are very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this business.

Staff and service is fine. The owners are running the not looking after the place though. Looks dreadful. Needs a refurbish.

Poor sandwich makers. Please stop making the subs upside down, it makes the bread soggy. Common sense with quantity of sauce and fillings. Staff need to be trained better and please make customer service and quality a focus. Subway Stirling (near the train station, chicken treat, trigg pizza etc) has much fresher ingredients, better sandwich makers, and friendlier staff.

Everytime you order something on uber eats somethings missing and instructions haven't been followed.

Pretty disappointed.

Roll was dry and fell apart, stingy on the lettuce/spinach and did not have my choice of dressing.

Won’t be quick to frequent this one again.

Subway is always good but today the staff needed to be louder, clearer and more direct. There was black stuff on my bread and avocado peel inside the sandwich

Forget about getting subway at night. The girls need more training. 3 times now been extremely disappointed. Its like they are salad rationing. Stick with staff on weekdays.

Had to try the new pulled pork. It did not disappoint. Staff efficient, premises presentable.

This restaurant is very disorganised even fully staffed. Total chaos and lack of coordination in preparing a basic roll between staff resulting in a long unnecessary wait.
Today's visit, no bacon for a chicken bacon ranch. Chose salami to replace bacon. Oh no that was an extra charge even though there was no bacon. Rip off and poor form. Don't use this restaurant, better service elsewhere and hopefully do the right thing by customers and not rip them off.

The young folk employed to serve at the counter have a tendency not to listen well. Orders need to be stated and the process watched to ensure the order is correct. Apart from that, the sandwiches are good and have plenty of salad to be applied with the protein selected.

Food made my boss and I sick. The two females were rude and arrogant. There was a bloke who was friendly. I never go to this subway again

Never thought I'd leave a review for a Subway but been here multiple times in the past few months and what to commend the staff for their service. Never thought a Subway could be made so fast. Place is clean and staff are friendly.

I had been to this subway today at 3: 30 pm and a young man was serving me the sandwich. I missed to advise him on making it ultimate initially but requested him just after he put cheddar cheese on bread. He disagreed to my request stating he had already put the slices of cheese. I thought customer’s request would be important to take into consideration for them but it wasn’t. Even after requesting he was not putting enough spinach. Later before wrapping the sandwich he cut my veggie sandwich using the knife which was just used for non veg sandwich. Very poor quality of customer service. He was not wearing a name badge but was a young man with black hair wearing black Subeay T-shirt.

Order not even started from ordering in advance on their app. They hadn't even looked into the system to see my order came through. Would of thought a free item or discount coupon would be offered to encourage a next visit, but no.

Dont go here, dont waste your time. The customer service is trash and the staff dont even know what they are doing! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Messed up our order by not giving us drinks. Didn't label each of the subs so they all got mixed up and they gave really stingy servings of vegetables and chicken.
Not worth going here when there is two other subways in the area.
