Abosolutley terrible. Workers were on phone as I walked in and took 2 minutes to serve me as they went into the back staying on their phones. I ordered a meatball sub and only got 7 instead of 8 and everything tasted old.

This subway and have notices 4 times so far not serving properly, One girl not doing properly serving the subway Putting very less stuff into and also see spoil double of salted subway

I have tasted at home it’s too Salty and I have throw into rubbish bin I don’t think I will go back again in the subway and I will let my friends know not to go in Warwick Subway shop

This happened the previously with a different customer as well I didn’t say anything last time because the white lady she has told the girl today serving I have mentioned a girl I know how to serve the customer because I have work myself in subway as well.

To the owner of subway warwick, just wanted to say a massive thank you for the experience I received today. I was third in line and you only had one staff member on (Merryn was her name badge). The first customer in line was strictly vegetarian and I witnessed her change gloves 4 times in the time she was making all our sandwiches at once. When she got to the salad for myself and the girl ahead of me, she did this simultaneously and even confirmed the girl ahead of me wasn't allergic to onions as I had requested them and the other girl hadn't. This was the best experience I've had at a subway. The way she was multitasking but also so incredibly thorough was amazing.

Please praise her, she deserves it!

Yeah nah whenever I get anything it’s always just amazing. Really like this one girl with dark hair and a really cool mullet. She very nice. Asked me how much sauce and I really appreciate that

Lovely service today from all staff, thank you to the girl who was helping the new girls in their training and ensuring the food was made correctly when my sub wasn't wrapped correctly the first time, she took the time to teach the new staff member, even under all the pressure of the lunch rush. Will definitely be returning

Most poor service i have ever received.the girl named madi was rude and unprofessional.i ordered a toastie ($2.95) and added 2 pieces of chicken, i was charged for a footlong sub ($12.95), the other sub i ordered was cold after i asked for it to be toasted.will not be going back to this subway again.

More often than not they don’t have gluten free wraps. Such a pain when you deliberately travel there for this.

Service was slow, staff didn't listen, the order had to be repeated over and over again and told to take things off multiple times because it was not being toasted and needed to be heated up. Restaurant was filthy, not one clean table, chairs had sauce on them and the floor needed sweeping. Food was ok

I went for lunch with kids, Very poor customer service, and quality of food getting worth, all veggies were mushy, didn't have only white bread, no lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onions and capsicums. And lettuce wasn't fresh and looked very old. I was on the line after few people and the girl didn't advice me till I found most of the vegetables are empty, I asked her why didn't tell me before until I found it.

I don't know who is the owner, but I hope people read this review and leave their feedback too.
Very disappointing and not recommended?

The person that served me was very good a multitasking aswell as being nice. She had 4 orders at once and managed to get all of them ready and done in no time. Didn't make it seem like no-one was there, kept conversation going which I liked.

Disappointing experience as I was after a vegetarian option however they were sold out of both the vegie Pattie and the falafel at the same time.

P.s this was 3 weeks ago or so.
So I will go again soon and hopefully they have my fave vegie options.

Thank you to the amazing staff today that were very helpful, especially their newest staff member (I assume, as she had a learners badge) who made my sub. First sub in a while I've had that wasn't falling out everywhere. Will definitely be back!

On Sunday 16th May i visited your store for a late lunch only to notice that it was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. Floor was filthy and needed mopping, tables were not wiped down and had all crumbs all over them and the glass cabinet was not clean and had all finger marks on it.
This is NOT what u want to be seeing when you walk into the store
Please ensure that staff are aware that they need to maintain a clean restaurant not a filthy one!

Order a Chicken Classic Subway with salad and Chipotle Sauce. But received a Meatball sub with salad and chipotle sauce.

Also, ordered a meatball sub with double cheese and olives. But received a Chicken Classic Sub with Olives, cheese and no sauce.

When I rang the answer I received was it happens all the time and they were busy?
