36 Specifically asked for a kids meal while with my 1 year old, and then asked to pay for water and yoghurt in a manner asif I was stealing it. I ended up spending a further 5 dollars for a small bottle of water!
Their excuse "I didn't charge as a kids meal"

I've loved subway many omg so many times how ever this tine for some odd reason it was terrible wet soggy bread.font get me wrong normally it's crusty and so good. Which why I'm so confused. It tasted terrible. I can only assume this was a rare time and the rest will be stunning as they have been
I went in to grab a quick lunch and a lovely young man called Sheldon served me. I was very impressed with his good attitude, quality service, efficiency and when I wasn't sure what to get, he helped me to decide on something that I would enjoy.
Will definitely come back as it's hard to find service like this these days.

Food was ok. But didn’t appreciate the attitude of the staff. Think it was Sheldyn. There are Better options with friendlier staff to get lunch on the go near the plaza. Won’t be back.
Smirky woman behind the counter with zero customer service skills. No hello, no what can I get you? No pleasantries. Charges me $1.25 for such a stingey half serving of Avocado on a 6 inch! Insane. When I said something I got attitude in return including from the joke of a manager Sheldon. So bloody rude. I come here all the time for my lunch break, well not anymore. Customer service is just disgusting these days from these arrogant people who think they are better than the customers they are there to serve
They are skimming on the ingredients and no sanitisation process never again. Looks like new owners milking it

I had chicken snitzel wrap on the 30th of December, I got gastro and food poisoning for 5 days after and was admitted into hospital. I couldn’t go to work on the 3rd and my stomach is still weak today. High fever and high heart rate. Disgusted with the service and wrap. Absolutely no idea.
Mia served me today and the service was just fantastic, she was very interested in me talking about my kids and their extra curricular activists while making my delicious seafood sensation sub. 10/10. Mia is a shining star
Wow. I am amazed with staff and their customer service at this store. They are all very friendly. I was served by Pooja and also had Ayla completing my transaction. Both of them were very helpful. I can't believe some of those review, where people complaints about staff. No doubt everyone is entitled to have their own view and I should not say anything, but these girls are working in retails and in this crisis when it's hard to find hard working team members, existing staff in retail world are doing absolutely amazing job with a huge smile on their face, when they serve you. I would recommend all my friends to visit this store.

Seem to be some staff changes and a reluctance when applying the ingredients. You may improve your profit by being skimpy only temporarily and then lose customers. The food is good but stop weighing the contents with your brain.
I come in here regularly to have my lunch and the subs made are always top quality and handled with care.the staff here are really friendly and you can tell they take good pride in their work as the store is one of the cleanest i’ve seen.
Useless staff member just now, 10: 30am Friday. I had to repeat every instruction twice. Asked for half tuna, two scoops, had to explain it a few times. Then she put a measly amount with gaps along the 12 inch bun. Asked for extra tomato, she put less than normal. Had to ask her to put more. She left 2 inch gap on either side when adding sauces. Had to ask for more. Not only have the prices gone up (understandable these days) but the quality and attention to detail is deplorable. I’ll drive to Mount Lawley instead of this local store.
Store was very clean and service was quick and easy and a employee Keval was very friendly and helpful with choosing what sauces went with me sub will be returning
The subs are fresh and nice but the girl there is really mingy, they charge so much but not enough meat and salads in them. Please be more generous!
Only 2 staff on during the lunch period, and they seemed a little overwhelmed. Quite a few ingredients out of stock. A strange lady wanderded her way through the line, cut in front of multiple people and just kinda forced herself to be served ahead of everyone else already there.was very odd.but the staff said nothing and did nothing, they just watched it happen.was strange.
Great service and quality sandwiches, Dewi always greets you with a big smile and makes tasty sandwiches with love and pride, looking forward to her return!
