Subway

I went there and got a foot long teriyaki with salami and was charged almost $20 for it…I contacted later to check how much does it actually cost and the female I spoke to stated it was only $15

I asked if there was any possible way if I could get a refund for the remaining amount and she stated because they don’t have the receipt and there’s no solution for what they can do. I said in the future please don’t over charge your customers because it’s unfair on them. She hanged up immediately. I used to work at subway as well, you CAN check the receipts. Now I see why there is so many bad reviews in regards with customer service, if you hate your job. Don’t work there as there are other subways with better service. Will not come back again.

Went here saturday night at 7: 50 pm and the store was completely closed.checked their opening hours online beforehand and on the store-front and it says closes at 8: 30 so don’t know what’s going on

Very bad customer service. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I asked for a cookie and she the lady who served me with blonde hair was so rude

Ok please just avoid this subway at all cost you can only get chicken sub if it's heated I was told they have to even tho no other subway has the rule and then the only cookies they have are all broken why have them to sell if they are nothing more then crumbs

The lady who served me was in a giant rush considering i was the only customer in the shop. I ordered a 6inch but received a footlong, wrong cheese was used and my salad wasn’t what i ordered. Will never be returning

The staff here are great, the dark haired girl makes a phenomenal sandwich!

Went to the store at 7.50 pm (3rd December 2022) but was told the store was closing at 8pm so weren't doing anymore subs. Website still says that they are closing at 8.30pm

Got to Malaga Subway at 8.04pm on Saturday night only to be told that they were closed. I was not real happy since I checked the website before leaving home … 5 minutes away, and it stated the closing time as 8.30pm.
I should also state that the sign on the door also stated a closing time of 8.30pm.
The girl at the counter stated that the shift finished at 8.00 and that they were closed…

Will give you one star become i think im to nice otherwise 1 star bit to much going here more that 1 year, with group of workers on sunday, now it has been 6 Times we asking for Italian herbs and they dont have it, thank you start sending us somewhere else the actually they have everything available

By far the worst subway I've been to. Went in tonight and the girl who made my sub didn't even cut my footlong sub in half, didn't provide serviette, didn't even say "thanks or a simple have a good night" and to top it off pretty much left the sub on the counter and made me grab it myself! Absolutely appalling

This subway has seemed to take a turn for the better in last few months much friendlier staff, much cleaner and fresher glad to make it my go to subway again

This branch has the worst customer service. Asked for a grilled schnitzel wrap. Schnitzel was cold from the inside and did not grill even after we told the girl to grill it. Kept sighing every time we told her what vegetables to add. She did not wrap it properly and nearly half the veggies were out of the wrap when we opened it.

This store is a franchise and they proceed to run their store differently to others. They say that basically because the owner has said he won't be following the promotions that "subway" offer, that they're not available because of limited numbers.

So it's not on offer, it's the luck of the draw for customers and when the owner decides to offer promotions.

Problematic customer service, back and forth communication. The manager doesn't communicate well with her staff

Went in today for a sub, place is messy food everywhere, and the girl working was extremely rude.wouldnt be back

Large potholes in the carpark right near their entrance, why has this not been fixed? Unsafe I am worried about driving into a pothole.

Went there today and some rude long dark haired girl was refusing to help other staff members, I believe in team work this girl is obviously all self and NOT a team player at all. I am soo sorry the other girls had to put up with her very disappointed

Short blond junior with glasses has horrendous customer service. She Was being extremely rude to her coworker as well

Went yesterday to buy water. Girl in black with brownish hair ignored me for two minutes, busy typing on the computer/till and checking her phone. It was a joke I walked out and left the water bottle there. Other sandwich artist working with her was fine. I wonder how it is working with her and also she’s a bad asset to the company if shes giving terrible service or in my case, no service.
