Normally I have a good experience here, today I asked for a meatball mottza pot. They didn't have the pots so I asked to put it into a salad container. The girl said no omg I couldn't believe it. She didn't even offer that it may be an extra $1 for the container. I said I would be writing to the manager she said she was the manager. LAUGHED as she is a child. Good job, you pay bannanas you get monkey's
Terrible service. It was busy but there was at least 5 people serving. Ordering a salad first was obviously too confusing, had to ask for the avocado to be added when it was a vegetarian salad and that is the core ingredient. My then tuna had basically one scoop on it which wasn't spread around properly which I askes them to then do. Asked for no salt and pepper which they then put on. In the car realised they hadn't offered any cheese which i then had to add at home along with onion as they were out of. Red onion is in the shops so doesn't seem to fit with the covid low stock claims. I never do reviews but this was so poor, had to.
Not sure how a SW Club can be $11.70 here when at other places it is $10.75!? Feel like they make their prices up!
Very disappointed with my order yesterday. Was half full, ordered an avocado salad and did not come with avocado.
My partner and I recently used the secret harbour store to cater for our picnic style wedding. The platters were a huge hit, the food was lovely and fresh. Thank you!
Food is to healthly i want to eat yummy foods and the food taste like my dog polony. The only reason it get two stars is because my uncle has new friend who eats subway is really really fat. The truth is if he walk on mercury the whole plaent would crash

Come occasionally to eat, usually the wait is short and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The subs are always spot on and is worth the price.
I purchased 4 subs from the store this afternoon, and I just wanted to complement then exceptional service by staff member Emily.she was on her own in the store and there were 2 people ahead of me. She greeted me as I entered the store and said she wouldn't be long. At no point did she rush the other customers or assemble their subs haphazardly. Ordering 4 subs she remembered what my choice of bread was when she returned to serve me and assembled impeccably presented subs including slicing the schnitzels in half. She made suggestions regarding the new seasonings which was a delicious choice. You can be extremely proud of having her as a staff member. What an asset! Thank you
This is my local Subway. My children eat here often as do I and the food is great, clean and tasty. Staff are helpful and patient. Service is quick. Highly recommend.
Best customer service I’ve had in while.
I’ve been going here for a while and today I received the type of customer service you’d expect from a more personalised small business rather than a large food chain. Please extend my thanks to the staff:)
The other day I visited this store and was greeted with lovely customer service. The young girl serving me, India, was polite and obviously knew what she was doing. She was very helpful when deciding what to get and now I will never go to any other subway! She is a fine member of staff!
