To all the people leaving negative reviews I really have to say that what else do you expect from a fast food chain? I go here as I work across at the hospital, and honestly the girls that are out front working are quick and efficient. Always a good sub when I get one:)

I had an amazing experience visiting the midlands subway. Honestly one of the best subs I’ve ever had and the manager on shift, priya, was absolutely lovely. The whole store dynamic felt a lot smoother and more friendly than when I visited later last year in 2022. It’s an all round great place to quench your appetite.

Absolutely the worst subway we've ever had. There was literally no filling in the rolls extremely sparse. Will never eat subway again.

Check what you orders. The seafood roll has a 67% increase price than the Subway at Midland Gate, big price difference for same item.

Stingy amount of salad. New young girl is rude to both customers and staff. What happened to the lady with the hoop earrings: (

Worst subway in Perth, girls are naive, don't know the difference between 6" and 12". Soggy, tasteless no habanero sauce. The slip was 12" though. Stay away from this joint unless you don't care what you pay for.

Staff advised they could not toast because they need 45 minutes to cool down the toaster. Went in at 2: 18pm they closed at 3pm. They should offer full menu in operating house. Never had this issue at any other store.

Last time I been there I ordered Chicken Teriyaki Sub and chicken wasn’t fresh I complained to the staff they ignored

I’m bald so it’s not mine, but Found a black hair in my foot Long chicken teriyaki sub today and the chicken was black burnt and hard I had to throw it out

Hands down the best subway out there! I just ordered a 6inch meatball subway, and to say it was amazing is a gross understatement. I've had many subs in my time but none of them compare to midland gate subway! If you have some spare time in your weekend i'd definitely recommend taking the family down to this subway and enjoying a meal together.

Squashed sandwich with smallest amount of salad. All 4 workers had no manners, patience or good customer service skills. They clearly didn’t want to be there but they could at least pretend.

Be careful they overcharge you. I was charged $2 for no good reason. When asked they said the pricing board had incorrect price. It's only a couple dollars, but still.

They called them sandwich artist.ohh really are they? Teach them a manners first. Do they know what is customer service? #Subway Australia please arrange some classes for them first or go out from your office to check what this people doing to your name. I just told the lady to change the gloves as i have ordered veggie, and she was so cranky in her attitude and on my sub.i told her to wrap separate but she didn’t listen me and handover to other person for payment. Other person told me she is from higher staff, guess what.she haven’t put her name batch. And i was charged higher the other day as well.
Also i am not surprised after i came here to write review which I usually not do, you can check other reviews.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I got a sub off the day can't post the picture to show you that is not acceptable the price for that. I asked for tomatoes, cucumber and some olives. And because I'm not getting other salads they supposed to put more of what I ordered to make up (that's what another subway said) they put more ingredients to make up to it. This sandwich is really poor, really empty and not worth the price for only a couple of tomatoes, cucumbers and about 10 bits of olives.plus you're supposed to put the tomatoe sticking to the top of the bread and not the bottom. Poor add sandwich. Not coming back ever.

I used to like Subway but the indian lady is so stingy with the salad. Twice now she has served me & the wraps are not filling at all with the tiny portions of salad.

I ordered a grilled wrap, the staff member didn't grill it, only heated up the meat and folded it up. The cheese wasn't even melted. Disgusting service.

Bought two wraps and they put very little salad in it. They are very stingy, if this is what they are going to do then they need to charge accordingly, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.don’t waste your hard earned here.

Very expensive for a ham and salad roll even when i have to ask 3 times for salad, very very stingy when the local lunch bar is whey cheaper and full of salad.

The bad reviews for the Clayton Street Subway store aren't surprising to me. Visiting a friend in hospital and on my last 2 visits I have been overcharged. The staff members I spoke to were very unhelpful and unable to refund my card and offered no apology or cash refund. A previous visit when I was overcharged they also forgot to add the meat portion to the sub (which I didn't pick up on as another staff member was talking to me about the second sub I was getting and they squeezed another customer in between my two orders just to confuse themselves). I had to return to the store due to the missing chicken and being overcharged. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Staff have always been friendly, the quality of the food rivals other subways I have been to in Western Australia
