Visited Subway Noranda today to cure my hanger. I specifically asked for all salad options except NO onions, olives or jalapeños and I was very disappointed to see my salad had onion sprinkled throughout so I had to pick every single piece out before eating it and I was sad to notice my salad was missing pickles.
While picking out all the onion pieces I noticed a piece of chicken looked less than average in there aswell. Safe to say I wasn’t hangry anymore, I was just angry at the end of this experience.
Do better Subway.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and patient. Witnessed a young lady happily take her time with an unsettled older gentleman. Well done her parents
No adult supervision? I asked for 3 toasted subs, they were squashed in one tray so toasted in the outside not inside which burnt the outside. I didn’t have time to ask for fresh rolls and when I asked for a discount the cashier just walked off! No apology for very poor service and no adults in the store at all.
Not happy with the deal, can't u make it clear that the $5 for something else not everything. So confusing.
I've been getting my lunch from there for several years now.the customer service is always polite and very professional. This subway definitely stands out a lot from others.
What a super place, I have a late lunch here at least once a week. As I eat in the restaurant I am able observe everything that goes on for the time I arrive. The staff are only young girls but they are simply amazing. Every staff member is constantly attending to the needs of the store, regardless of what it is, in a proficient & thorough manner. In between they attend to orders & take always & then immediately return to what they were doing. Like each person who enters the restaurant, I always receive a warm smile & welcoming hello & then enjoy a fantastic Sub. I have hired, trained & supervised dozens of people in my long working life & want to congratulate the Owner for his excellent choice of staff, they are a credit to him. I have eaten at several Subway restaurants over the years, not one comes anywhere near Subway Noranda. Today I was unexpectedly blessed with two chocolate cookies, compliments of the Manager - now that’s service!
I went into Noranda subway this evening when I was feeling quite anxious, I find ordering food can be stressful when I'm not feeling good. I think the girl who served me had a namebadge saying Sienna, she was so kind and patient with me and made me feel so much better than I had when I came in. While she was serving me the other girl running the store was attentively helping an elderly lady and being so kind also. These girls really went above and beyond with customer service and provided a heartwarming human interaction which put a smile on my face and brightened an old lady's day. 5 stars also yummy sub ️
Subway Noranda: This place is amazing! I have had many favourite sandwich makers over the years and this store consistently hires or trains the best. I have sadly moved further away, but other stores don't match up to cleanliness, friendliness, value for money, or price, so I still use it as much as I can.
No Customer Service, very disrespectful and rude.

I get such Inconsistent service here. One minute amazing, the next absolutely horrendous. I don't mind them not being in the best mood but to appear that even doing your job is a huge effort is terrible.
I've been going to noranda subway since the day I was born and never been dissapointed. Exceptional staff and owner is very very nice. Love this place.
Got a Steak Melt (pieces of beef steak wrapped in a piece of Pita Bread). Tasted pretty good. It was about 10 dollars
Offers delivery on uber eats, listed as our closest store as we live within 5km. Made a big order, got to payment and delivery, and turns out they won't deliver because we live too far away. Why offer delivery if you won't actually deliver?
Just tried to eat my UberEats order. Won’t do so again. Worst subway meal I’ve ever had with the wrong bread.
Worst customer service ever! Pushy! Being asked to make selection of the salad, at the same time being asked to pay. The girls need to learn how to smile. Would recommend them go to Red Rooster at the complex to learn how to serve customers. Every single girl working in Red Rooster is nice, polite and smiley. Will never to back to Subway Noranda no matter how much I like healthy food!

Ahhhhhh my heart broken! No more seafood on honey oats bread? Cleo tried her best to stop me from crying but I still did when I left. The sub i had to take in place of my normal heaven on bread was made to perfection and the girls were so fun to chat and laugh with. Thanks but please bring back the seafood, I have childhood memories of that sub
