Subway

Haven't had a good experience at the Treendale store for a year or more. Today, both female staff made me feel like I had ruined their day by entering the place. No smile, no eye contact. My sub looked like it had been made by speedy Gonzales during a hurricane. When I opened it, most of the ingredients were outside the bun & no napkin.
Have read reviews saying the owner is in Perth. Maybe they need to travel down a bit more. They got 1 star because I couldn't give none.

Not sure how hard working at Subway is?
Asked for a vege 6 inch, no tomato, no chillies. Got home it has a chicken pattie (which I’m allergic to) tomato and chilli.
Bit in to it and had to spit it out quickly. Disgusting.
The girl doing salads, had long hair, not tied up, no hat, just hair flinging about all over the food.
FAIL

A young girl was making the rolls. She had her hair tied up in a ponytail, however half of it was hanging over her face and eyes! Please, please tie your hair up properly. No one was wearing a hair net.

I ordered online with subway app, and my order was not completed due to no bread or patty available at the time. I was charged and when asked for refund they were unable to respond after multiple attempt including many calls to store chat with staff Jess, Kerri and the manager Belinda due to under trained staff and manager. They said the owner lives in Perth and owns multiple subway stores. Very poor and pathetic service from subway Treendale. @owner very poor and ignorant service if this kind of service continues, it’s not going to help with sales and growth of the business.

Very bad experience at I went in store at 7: 45 and ordered foot long toast girl said we can’t toast it because we clean oven when there closing time is 8: 00 and than I ask Garlic aoli sauce on top and she said it’s finsh and we not refilling it I ask if she can microwave the bread so cheasse will melt she said no we don’t microwave bread really?

Bread was wet and undercooked, tomatoes were sugary and definitely not fresh, Cucumber was old and half the spinach was bad. Couldn't finish it and made me feel sick

Always good food and relatively nice staff except one guy who I’ve gotten a couple times. I think his name is mike or Mitch but he always rushes your food and doesn’t listen properly. He always puts the wrong veggies on your sandwich cause he’s not listening then gets annoyed at customers lol. Other then him everything else is great:)

Placed a order for 7 subs and made a mistake with time rang about 20 times to no answer from 11.22 to 11.35 to inform that i wanted in fact at 11.37 order changed to 12.30 but no answer
I will certainly think twice about ordering from this franchise again, customer service is woeful, I should have just used the homemaker center franchise as they answer all the time and are most helpful

Wide range of freshly made subs, tailored to your request.suggest you ask for the lot including jalepinos (they are hot!)

Waited for hours and hours for a train but none came.
Luckily there's a fairly decent Cafe in there and their sandwiches are pure artistry.
Also, you have to try the cookies!

Ok so the subway in treendale was good.nicely sett out an the food was hot and fresh
I enjoyed it an the staff were very friendly

I am a frequent customer at the Treendale branch of Subway and have always been satisfied with the service. However I visited the outlet today and was not impressed, I witnessed a member of staff entering the outlet having been outside and proceeded to "wash" their hands by simply putting them under running water, no soap used.
This is very off putting particularly in the situation we find ourselves in with the Virus.
Not good enough.

The service has always been great at this store. Even when flat out busy, the staff is courteous and accommodating.

The sub i had was a buffalo chicken sub and can honestly say it was one of the freshest subs I've had at a Subway. Also the Customer Service was top notch.

I know it's just Subway, but this was by far the best Subway experience I've had. I had two wraps, and they both came out tightly wrapped and looking wonderful. Also, wrapping the napkin inside the paper was a nice touch. And, they were both tasty as always. Thanks for making a simple lunch stop as enjoyable as it could possibly have been.

Usually good value. Quick and convenient. If you are a pentioner ask about specials, not all outlets offer the same.

Italian cheese and herb bread.steak and old english cheese.spinach pickles onion tomato carrot mayo and sweet chilli sauce

Drowned my sub in sauce, literally globs of sauce were falling out as I was trying to eat it. Was soggy from all the sauce and falling apart, had to throw it out.
