Subway

Do not order anything more than a sub from this subway. 3 times now they've just not given me things. First time they missed out 2 1.5l drinks, second time they missed out a drink and my cookies, this time they missed out my cookies and drink again from the sub box they have available for delivery.

Edit: Ordered again recently hoping things would be better by now, ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich and they did not even put the pork in the sub. Just put lettuce in the bread and sent it out with my delivery. Ridiculously incompetent store.

UNABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN ON ONLINE ORDER.
Not the first time, but the fourth time. Specifically I request in bold to cut them half and packed separately, and the staff never have been compliant.
Along with long delays. I went 2 minutes after my pick-up online and they did not even start making my order. UNHAPPY!
Came home to UNTOASTED VEGGIE PATTIE, when I requested for TOASTED! WORST SERVICE; SO NOT RECOMMENDED!

Straight just had the worst experience they where so rude and didn't even put hardly any toppings on was super stingey with everything over charged me and my friend for our subs and when I asked to get the new subway foot long box she completely ignored me

Ordered Subway before work, they gave me a regular Coke instead of Vanilla Coke as they ran out. I got this adorable message and whoever is working Wednesday 31st May I love you and thanks for the extra Cookie.

I love subway as it’s such a clean shop everytime i come in. The food here is amazing i love how i get the option to choose my own food. The customer service here is great. The best part of subway is the cookies i absolutely love the cookies, the cookies are so soft and delicious.

ALWAYS amazing food. Amazing staff. They even were so kind to send me extra pickles in my online order as I'm pregnant and cannot get enough pickles. Love this store so much.

Welcomed as I walked in the door, took their time to make sure my order was correct, even threw in some free cookies.

Subway from this store in particular is my comfort food lol, I order a billion times a week on Uber and won’t eat it from anywhere else. I have never had a problem with the service or staff, they’re perfect ily?

Staff were friendly and helpful, they kept the areas clean frequently. Always had a great subway. My only peeve was service with the app - I often ordered ahead doff time on the app but when got into the outlet, they hadn't even checked their app orders, so I still had to wait in queue to tell them to check their app orders and wait for it to be made.instead of pop in and collect as should be expected.

I went into subway and she took my sub order, i ordered a BLT Sub but instead received a buffalo chicken sub. I think her name was something, but she was short

Friendly staff, clean store and even its busy staff make sure that they serve everyone who came to the store. I really like the way they treat. I recommend to visit the stor and I will definitely go back to the store.

I usually love this place but sadly the staff aren't putting in the time to make as well as usual.will still go back but I will be more vocal about how they put it together

Very neat and clean restaurant. Staff was polite as well. Perfect Amount of salads on the subs.

I love coming to this store i usually come here 4-6 times a week especially because ur employee matthew rowe he has given me lots of free items and also cooks sandwhiches better then all women which is tough to beat give him more shifts if u would like more customers

Yes got the subway seafood sensational footlong I don't think the person serving me was not very aware or awake first she put tuna instead of crab meat I told her then go to toast it an I told her again an final she couldn't find the seafood sauce an I said to her it is right there.so don't think I be going back to the Beechboro store

Service has improved greatly over the past few months, staff are coping much better in store and keeping up with delivery demand.
