Reviews on this subway are actually true, staff clearly have no clue about health and safety neither customer service. Really slow, dirty and unlikely any other subway. Food quality is far from (good) tasteless. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time and money here.zero for overall experience
Ordered through Uber Eats - $100 order. Cheese all through the Steak Salad after requesting no cheese. Asked for beetroot and lettuce, none was added. Requested one garlic and herb bread and one cheesy garlic bread, received five boxes of cheesy garlic bread. What on earth do two people want with five boxes?
Perhaps the staff need reading lessons. What a waste. Will never have Subway again.
My sub was perfectly fine. I like how the salads were covered so flies wouldn't land in the food.
Yanchep Subway, seriously! Every time I have placed an order for delivery, the order that shows up is never correct. You get ingredients you didn’t ask for and not the ones you wanted. Unless you are standing in front of them in the store making the sandwiches, that’s the only way you get what you asked for. It does no good to call and complain because there is always an excuse. The excuse is the fact that you just don’t pay attention to details. My patience and hopes that you could get it right has hit it’s expiration date!
Ordered a standard wrap with nothing extra.
Didn't notice at the time, which is silly if me, but was charged $15.20 which is the price of a footlong with double meat.
Haven't had this issue with any other Subway branch, it may sound petty but the item pricing is literally automated on the cash register.
Extremely rude staff! Need training on customer service! I'm sure this is not the level of service this chain of restaurants expects!

Incredibly bad service at 1: 10PM Tuesday 22/11/22. Two Girls and I was the only Customer. One preferred to move around salad containers than serve me, struggled to get her hands in the gloves because her fingers were so large. The other had just served a Customer but preferred to talk to the other one instead of serving me.
I walked away and got a pie instead.
The bad service at this outlet has been like this for awhile, which is why I haven’t been going there.
One comment - worst experience ever! My wife and I decided to support the local (Yanchep Central) Subway for lunch. The staff where rude and my wife’s chicken cheese and avocado was minus the chicken and cheese (basically just avocado and mayonnaise) and was over baked to concrete standard. I feel as a owner of a franchise that you seriously need to look at your staff before you go out of business.
If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely no management what so ever. Staff cannot be bothered making your food right. Health and safety need to be out as salads are brown. Staff are one to talk about me getting my own sticker as the woman didn't give one so my wrapping was falling apart. Next time ask? Like love you didn't even change your gloves between subs.
I visited your Yanchep store this morning and received the best experience. The two workers, Amber and a young man who's name I didn't catch were friendly, complimentary and made sure I was happy with my order throughout the whole process.
I really hope this feedback reaches the store and workers as it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and the sandwich is really fresh and nice.
When asked if I want cheese, I said yes and they put hardly enough cheese and it only covered 3/4 of the foot long sub thinly; I asked for a bit more cheese so they took the cheese that was on there already and spread it out super thin over then entire sub; I asked again, can I please get the cheese I just asked for? I was told that it'll cost extra for more cheese when this Subway puts half the amount of cheese that any other Subway does and then demands more money to put on a normal amount. This is after about 6 long years of refusing to get Subway after last time getting 2 intestinal bugs from 1 chicken sub. Making it really hard to have a positive outlook on any Subway Franchise in Perth.
Had 2x 12” Steak Melts today
Bread rolls were great and not dry or crumbly like some other Subway franchises I’ve eaten at.
Food in most experiences has been what you would expect, it’s a sandwich, not a fine dining restaurant. Have noticed occasionally the sub hasn’t been wrapped correctly leading to salads falling through the cars which is annoying but not devastating by any degree. Cookies as always are brilliant and the staff are always friendly.
Fast service but very rushed. The white paper the subs are normally wrapped in was missing which caused the subway wrapper to go soggy and juices leaked in my car on the short drive home. The Jelapenos were missing in my foot long sub, the sub doesn't feel toasted texture wise it seems more stale. Feeling disappointed.
We visited Subway Yanchep on our way to soccer this morning and the shop was closed, I started to walk away and the lady Anne Marie opened the door an hour early just so we could be served. She was lovely and made us delicious sandwiches. Thankyou so much for opening up early. Really appreciate your great customer service.
Asked for a pizza melt with salads in it. The staff on today gave stuff all cheese or salads, so what I got was some salami and a lot of bread. Pick up your game if you want to keep customers. I won't be buying there again.
Took way too long then when I got it it was hacked up into three sections too small to hold so all the filling fell out. I ordered a pizza sub and got random bits of chicken through it whoch I didn't order. Bread was so toasted it seemed almost stale. All in all horrible. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Yanchep, very average, I've tried 3 different occasions. Always very disappointed, bread never seems toasted, vege Pattie is soggy and cold, other outlets put it in oven first, not here.overall this store just isn't up to the standard of others sorry
