Subway

Waited my entire lunch break to receive what was by then a cold toasted sub. No one willing to work the til so 4-5 customers waiting to pay at a time, and had to transfer to a bank account as the EFTPOS was down. No apology from staff.

Me and my friend visit there at 12: 50 pm on 31/08/2023. This is not a first time we order subway but this store is disgusting. I prefer to give 0 star if possible. Very bad customer service, they are not even listening what we want, we asked them to put ingrediants and they are not listening at all. She even micro the veggie patty when we asked for that. There is one indian lady who is sooooo rudee, she is not listening and after that she start arguing with us regarding ingrediants. If you are working in fast food industry, you need to get some manners, how to talk with customer.

Workers are slow, one of them on the phone on loud speaker will serving, food came out looking like a mess, not cut and not wrapped properly

Very bad, ugly and worse customer service ever I see in Australia in Subway. We were two girls visit there around 12: 45. There is one indian lady wearing a marriage band in her neck, she was keep saying you did not asked this this and this, then she broke veggie patties had put into the microwave, which I asked her to toast with cheese, she was telling us how to order instead of doing customer service, she was arguing with us you guys keep taking to tell first, without any knowledge and manners. 0 rating

The worst subway I have ever been to. Took 10 minutes to do my payment, the clueless cashiers couldn’t work the till. Food was cold and look like it has been run over by a bus. Never spend your hard earned here.

I went there to get small veggie salad bowl, and they charged me $7.95. I asked to confirm that is it price for small and they said yes. Now, I eat the same thing in city and some other place as well and it never cost more than $6. So, now I am eating very little salad (without patty) and paid so much.

Placed an online order, they hadn't even started it when I went to collect it. I had a boardroom full of people who had to wait putting everyone behind schedule.
Left off the extras we paid for.
Tried to charge me even though I already paid online.
Constantly arguing and being passive aggressive with eachother, poor team work, chaotic energy and disorganised. Not one apology for the inconvenience either.
Rude and terrible experience.
Go to Bentley Subway instead it's way better quality and the people are lovley.

Poor customer service, order a foot long Italian herb and cheese, bread was like very moist even after being in the oven, very very poor customer service

I come here often to get my Footlong meatball sub.

Went in today at 3.17pm, got my sub. Meatballs were cold.

Seriously, if you couldn't care less, don't run a food biz.

Very little cheese, hardly any salad. I know lettuce is dear, but come on. So much dressing the bread disintegrated. Not the first time I’ve been shortchanged on salad, but definitely the last.

I would not ordinarily bother to go out of my way to leave a snarky review for a Subway store. However, I just ordered from this store via Uber eats. While holding my sub, a spider crawled out of it and onto my hand. Gross.

Absolutely incredible service. Best Subway out of all options. They always smile when they see me. They have my preferences memorized. And I don’t even go there everyday. I visited on Wednesday breakfast time at 8, I like the way thy make sub

Very good customer service. One of very few subway that actually cut the meat * salad items such as tomatoes & cucumbers. Also a large salad is a good proportion large not just extra meat. Rate it very highly.

I have been going to this subway on and off over the last two years and it is safe to say they are very stingy on the salad and even cheese sometimes.
It's like they are told to ration there salad bar to increase profits when I go to subway I expect a full sub.
Extremely dissatisfied can't say I'll be back now.

You don't gain customer loyalty by scrimpimg and being mean with ingredients, Subway Kewdale gives twice as much, they have me!

What can I say. The kids love it and it's not as unhealthy as MacDonalds. The staff at this one rate a special mention. They're patient, friendly and on the ball.

Christmas trading hours says open from 8: 30am on the 28th. 9: 55am, lights on, fans going, front door locked. Might update this rating if I actually get to eat here.
