I am not a fan of rip off fast food joints BUT as far as the particular Subway goes it was excellent. You could tell it is Aussie owned! Clean and fresh produce. They even accepted Amex. It's still a massive rip off. $13 for some bread and a bit of salad but. This Subway is the best I have been to in this country.

The best chicken teriyaki sub I've had for a long time wow. Bread was super crisp and crunchy and staff really friendly here will use again thanks guys!

Not Happy asked for Avo delight didn't put Avo in! Until I realized then she told me people didn't like Avo in their Sub‍️ asked for toasted it wasn't! Won't be back

Terrible, Awful Customer Service.

*The guy there should try a different job.and learn to use basic common sense. Like maybe use tongs when handling things that are hot.

So let's start with the positive I think her name was Natalie, she's a Star. But that's where the positives stop unfortunately. After I got pass off from Natalie the next girl just stared at me didn't smile nothing, so I told her what I want and she put the wrong things on that I had to ask her to take off, and I kid you not she was throwing my vegetables on my sub, buy the end my sub was a complete mess, the poor guy that had to wrap it. The wrap job was pretty bad, the paper was opening but I'd say he did his best with what he was given. Just very disappointed with the middle girl. But Natalie came through at the end and put my order through. She's the only reason I didn't give 1 star. 5 stars Natalie, I hope that was your name, very sorry

Asked clearly for chipotle sauce and was given tomato. Just demonstrates that the person serving me wasn’t listening at all. I would have understood if it was busy, but there was only one person behind me. It’s a mistake that’s pretty easy to avoid.

It is a hive of activity. A very busy spot but they have no trouble keeping up with the demands of a growing population. Food always fresh.

Over charged me according to the menu price. I was told menu price is wrong. Subway was clean and food was good, but didn’t value customers due to being unapologetic about the misrepresentation of price (false advertising). A couple of cookies would have saved a bad review.

There was a lady working that seemed to be training other staff. She was rude to her co-workers and seemed to be distracted with other customers while making my sub. Which resulted in it being poor quality (ie) barley any lettuce, capsicum and she put about 6 olives on my footlong sub when I asked for heavy olives.
Focus on the customer you are serving, if you need to step away to deal with another customer then do so politely, and give your staff/co-workers appropriate feedback, at an appropriate time. -The way you spoke to your staff made me super uncomfortable and I felt bad for them.

Ordered and Italian BMT, asked for lettuce. Got a heap of chopped up cabbage instead. Don’t care how expensive lettuce is- I asked for it. That’s what I expected, not a mouthful of raw cabbage. First of all- I’m allergic to cabbage so thanks for that. And secondly, I can’t stand cabbage. Instead of just shoving things into peoples food without asking- think about why someone didn’t ask for it- MEDICAL reason perhaps. Arrogant assumption and cheap practices. If you can’t afford to supply what’s on the menu, remove it! Burnt customer.

Subbed my raspberry white chocolate cookie for a macadamia white chocolate cookie without calling to confirm if that was alright, I am allergic to nuts and am lucky they didn't literally kill me with this incompetence

Ate here yesterday, the store is clean, the table we sat at was not.
Sub was good, the only drawback was that the young guy on was super stingy with the salads, not enough to stop me going back though.

I have been in this place multiple times so I am well aware what to expect. But this time was bit unhappy with the overall experience. Few examples of food contamination, like salads getting mixed into other stuff.beetroot juices in avocados, staff used the same gloves for pepperoni and veggie patty, and then chicken. I understand things could get busy sometimes and there was a line indeed but someone could be allergic or have reasons to eat something or not eat some thing. There seem of be a bit of paper (probably Uber order) which kept on falling in almost all the salads. I mean seriously four times
Over all the previous couple of experience were quite good other than this.

The food is good.but staff need to listen more.not once, not twice i have always requested for my wrap to NOT be cut in half, but i get home and its cut‍️‍️‍️. Now its messy! I dont have a photo because i ate it still.i was hungry.but please.listen keenly.and also not everyone wants their cheese melted on the meats, kindly ask! Rant over

The attention to detail re: my Ma having an accute allergy to capsicum/chilli family. I was reassured that they would change PPE to ensure that capsicum/jalapino would not transfer.
The staff on duty Friday 14th May, should be commended. Our Subway's were delish & I will be back.

Staff are friendly. You get what you expect. Nothing overly positive/negative to write about - fairly typical food to expect from a franchise business.

Twice this Subway store has helped me out of a bind and delivered Subway platters for last minute events. Their staff were so accomodating and you can just tell are super passionate about providing next level customer service.
