The rolls as last time were crumbling & falling apart the cheddar cheese was all stuck together the poor girl couldn’t part the slices I had it toasted 5 min trip home the chicken schnitzel was cold always been great up until last 2 orders

Was starving, went in after work. Sat in the car and enjoying every crumb. It was yummy as always very clean with lovely staff

On wednesday i came in for my dinner and a kind and friendly young man came and served me i just knew after this impeccable service i had to ask for his name he said it was tye i hope this boy gets the recognition he deserves for such a great service

Misbehaving staff, allie or elly whatever her name was being very rude and in hurry even though it was just me in the line.

Great customer service beautiful little note about not having the right cookie but gave me what they had left means a lot and makes me feel like a valued customer

Next time customers order Italian herbs and cheese, maybe give them Italian herbs and CHEESE not just Italian herbs you flogs.

More expensive than other local subway stores, they had no avocado or spinach and was charged $10 for a foot long veggie sub. 75c more expensive than other stores and they had ran out of produce.

Great place Paige Vos was so pleasant and productive she had made me the best sub and handled it very well. 5stars to her too

I eat subway everyday all over Perth and this is the best prepared sub and cleanest store I have been to. Well done

Good quality sandwiches. Best thing they roll the wraps burrito style. Unlike those unsophisticated subways that roll it kebab style.

We ordered through uber eats initially and the sandwiches were so delicious that we went back the next day and had the same again - but i picked it up this time. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the 3 girls working were friendly, polite and efficiant; handling both in store orders and packing online orders easily. Sandwiches have a good amount of filling, cut in HALF and wrapped well! Welldone as always, Subway Waikiki!

Fresh salad.really, looked horrible, lettuce brown, tomatoes red/green/brown, containers had other salad in, dropped on the way over? Staff lovely, changed lettuce for fresh one, looked as brown as the other so passed on that one, won't be going back, and advise others not to bother, ️

Used to get a roll or wrap full of salads that matched the promotional pictures but recently in past cple weeks you barely get any! Not happy that have to keep asking for more salad! Very disappointing

An amazing place to order sandwiches and salads from the store or Uber Eats.
The staff are amazing and always make sure that every customer in the line has time to think about what they want but they don't take long enough for you to feel bored or slow.
Its open for breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and late night meals after getting home from work.
They sell drinks that range from the basics to MILK to juices.
They also sell cookies that are make fresh on premises everyday, they would be the best cookies you've ever tasted, trust me.
They only problem here is that in all their rush they often make the subs too packed and so sloppy that you can barely close it with out pushing everything out.

I ordered 2 footlong sandwich’s on Uber eats, both my subs came cold, my fit chips were cold and soggy to the point where I didn’t even want to eat them.
Will not be buying from the Waikiki franchise again.

Thankyou to the professional service at Subway Waikiki other night it was the only place open and a big order of a combined family and adults and children the staff were absolutely fantastic and very efficient will definitely be back in near future.
The children loved Thier meals and cookies too

Great place, the staff are always friendly and I’ve always gotten a good deal here. It’s a good place to go to if you’re craving fast food but don’t want any deep fried stuff. 5/5!

I always come to Waikiki subway, it is by far the best. The staff are always friendly and one of the young small member of the staff is always welcoming and is always asking how I am.

Was nice and the women seemed to be very friendly and didn’t make any comments when I went the wrong way to order a sub (oops was tired)
Thankfully when I got to the register the woman asked me if I was after a sub before I only bought the drink few!
