Subway

Stingy on salads, didn't give tissue or plastic bag for takeaway. They need to understand that these small things will drive people away. They are maybe saving $1 on my sub but potentially losing $100 in the future as I won't be coming again.

Terrible customer service. The girl serving me had a sour look on her face throughout the process of ordering my footlong.

The footlong was also $2 more expensive then the exact same footlong I get from dogswamp. When questioned a guy stepped in and said they do charge differently at different Subway locations which I found very puzzling.

The food itself was also not great, they make a much better footlong at dogswamp.

Will not be returning!

Poor worker so hard done by had to make two WHOLE sandwiches poor thing that then gives her the right to slam my change onto the counter instead of my hand that was out

Happy Friendly staff and great service with tasty fresh and healthy food, loved it as you can ask as much fresh healthy salad as you want and they make it as you like it.so good

It’s been a while, i visited it today and the environment is completely changed love the new staff ant how they maintain vegan products specifically.

I dont often have subway, but everytime I come to this particular store, the girls that work there always make an awesome sandwich. They are generous on toppings without having to be asked but never over fill to the point it's hard to eat. Also put a decent amount of sauce on without going overboard. A rare skill for some reason in the fast food industry. Way more consistent than other subways imo.

Making a subway sandwich isn't a difficult task. Unfortunately the guy making ours today made it so. Either train people properly, or hire people with at least a bit of common sense. Not good enough.

Experienced a perfect example of how to ruin a successful business. Just got four, foot longs with different breads. All breads were stale and chewy. The fillings were scarce and some vegetables were bitter: and then they ran out of sauces! The subway didn't taste like one at all.

Untidy tables. One of the staff named: Rosy was very rude. She added unwanted items in my order. Upon asking she made her face. Very rude. They don’t have carrots, they don’t have cucumber. Bad service

I paid $ 7.75 for a Tuna Subway. It was hard as a rock yet falling apart. It is disappointing and disgusting. Rubbish

Have ordered ubereats from this store a number of times, always stuffing up the order missing things (add-ons) (toasting), when i call up to complain or notify the staff they laugh and giggle on phone as if it’s a joke and they don’t care.service from the staff is careless, definitely wouldn’t recommend

Horrible experience in this store, one staff was extremely rude to her colleague and also had a" don't care attitude" in front of everyone. I felt really bad with the situation. Would not recommend it

Made a door dash order, my order definitely stated the sub to be toasted with italian and herb bread, they did not toast and gave me regular bread instead. The cookies I ordered tasted like it was baked days before. Extremely disappointed with this subway the worst one I've ordered from yet.

Delicious footlong made by the lovely attendant Ammy, she was so friendly and very helpful. Will come back more often for sure.

Clean store with helpful friendly staff. Took my order and even offered me double tomatoes. A healthy choice. Much better than a pie or burger.

Probably the worst subway experience in Perth. They did not have avocado and yet charged full price for the veggie with avo. Asked specifically no onions and yet was added. Poor customer service.
