The best customer service that I have ever had at Subway. Please say thank you to the guy who helped us this afternoon (06/09/2023).

Went to subway Bennett Springs tonight says open until 8 pm on door but it's closed at 645 pm.

Went in for a regular white wrap with double classics chicken meat that I get in every subway, the lovely lady staff member behind the counter Mannu explained to me to get large wrap as I’ll be charged double meat on regular wrap and the large comes with double meat, first subway I was in that actually explained to me, she was so lovely and friendly and informative… plus her wrap so unbelievably delicious… will definitely be back to this subway.excellent staff and fantastic food?

Ordered a white wrap got something completely different. Paid extra for avocado none in it at all. Not the first time I've had bad service.
And i ordered a mix pack of cookies and got 3 of the same ones.

The Subways were cold and hair was in it the manager of this place swore at me and was very rude

The manager paid the health inspector to stay open, they failed 5 times.the boss has a dumb face and the food was not bussin no cap.

If I could give lower than1 star I would.
Do not buy from Bennett Springs subway better of making it yourself. In online order They put something in there that you didn’t ask and when you call for wrong order they say put order again and pay again. Unprofessional staff.

Got served the food after 10 minutes cause the short indian lady didn't know what to do. Store had flies buzzing all over the meats, cheese was moldy and the lettuce was brown. Store floors were as dirty as a sewer. Do not recommend just go to the red rooster next door and save your tastebuds.

Both Subway staff (Raman and Ritika) were so helpful and very kind to a lady who used sign language to communicate today. Thanks for your great service today.

Second time I’ve ordered from this place, not sure why I’ve seen first hand they don’t serve fresh food. ANYWAY second time I’ve gotten a delivery from them and have been vomiting uncontrollably ever since, the olives had a gross sour taste to them, the lettuce was brown, the bacon wasn’t even cooked properly, chicken even had a tangy taste to it, cookies where undercooked.

By far the worst subway.
Order online - you’ll receive your sub (maybe) with at least 2 things missing / incorrect
Order in store - you’ll have to repeat yourself throughout the experience because they either put something on there that you didn’t ask for OR they’ve just completely missed what you said

Underwhelmed. I always order a BMT but today it's pathetically underfilled. Bit light on for ingredients as to what I am normally served up at other subways.

Terribly slow serivce she had extremely long nails wich is a hygene concern she never wore gloves.another red flag.i had to ask for more toppings she couldnt remember what i got in my sub i had to repeat myself multiple times for her to understand what i asked for on my sandwich after she had just made it. Then i was charged for 2 cookies i didnt recieve never going back there.

Service person is so stingy. She gave too little salade. Seems that she is counting how many leaves and how many olives to give. I requested for more olives. She was counting and only added 5 more. It used to be very generous but today it is different. Very slow service today and She seems unwilling to give anything.

I bought from this subway on Uber eats!
My subways was missing half the salads and I bought a jaffle and it’s not even been toasted the cheeses isn’t melted and I bought a drink with that too and it didn’t even arrive! The food quality is discussing and I will never order from here again

If i could give lower than 1 star I would, Service was ok but my meatballs were cold and disgusting. Why would'nt you tell someone the HOT food is NOT hot. Will never be going back to another subway again. This franchise has really gone done hill of late

I enjoyed my half foot long Bread roll with my favourites in it. Especially the cookies which I enjoy at home with my Coffee. These guys always have patience too.

Ordered via uber eats for breakfast.they used old bun, maybe from yesterday.avocado was almost black colour.smells bad.never order again

Staff were inattentive to my order. The sandwich itself tasted pretty stale. The price markup across the menu is greater than another Subway joint I prefer visiting instead.
