Nice experience, went for the first time and got the best service I could have gotten. The sub was made well and the store was very hygienic. Loved it.

If you want a sub that gets crushed flat and cut like it was in prison, then the ingredients badly thrown in the general direction of it, and ending up with a soggy, crushed, disheveled mess, go here. Alternatively, go to a good subway location, get your sub and throw it at a wall a few times, sit on it and then throw it in a puddle. Guaranteed that sub would still be far better than from here.

Worst subway I've been to anywhere in Australia.

I was overcharged and not offered a receipt, after contacting store via email, turns out I was charged for an extra sub i didnt order and offered a refund.

Was good. But they were run off their feet. They could have had another person do the uber eats or whatever it is called, because that took preference over us waiting in line and having to wait. But hey I enjoyed what I had at least. Thanks.

It was good but it was nothing as good as the sub I had made for me by Adam from subway dianella plaza

We had a wonderful HELL RAZOR DOBERMAN FAMILY lunch catch up today with the two catering roll packs, one catering wraps and two catering packs of cookies went around the group of forty well.
The packs where prepared and presented perfectly
Super well made and as fresh as it can get.

Prices vary from store to store. This store is more expensive than another store within a few minute drive. The store person didn't understand what I was saying at times. Prices are far too expensive for what they are now. Won't eat at Subway anymore as a result

I went in for a sub, it’s the subway I usually hit up and this was the time that I finally found out why most people don’t like it.

The customer service was so bad. I couldn’t hear the girl speaking to me as the music was too loud. Usually I’ll wait to get my drink at the end when they ask, any drinks or cookies, she didn’t ask, I’m a very anxious person and didn’t say that I wanted a drink.

The sub itself was abysmal, and there was an olive in it, like a whole olive slice, didn’t ask for olives, what if I was allergic to them, I didn’t even notice it until I opened it in my car and there it was, it amazes me that she didn’t see it.

Just an all around bad experience, I probably won’t be back there for a long time.

Wouldn’t recommend stopping at this subway. Super stingy. The staff literally snapped a piece of beetroot in half so they could give me less. They also charge $1.25 for avocado and give you less than half a teaspoon, like you may as well not bother.
This store is not looking to provide quality product, but is looking to cut costs in order to save money, even if it’s adversely effects the quality of their product.

Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.

I got my wrap delivered by uber and there was flies in it. Absolutely disgusting I would never have subway from these unhygienic people again - your going to make people sick.

Generally Subway’s all over are great, fresh ingredients and good taste.

This one however, always has poor quality bread, very miserly with fillings both salad and meats. Poor customer service to top it all

Paying extra for bacon & didn't even get a regular amount let alone extra. Also witnessed a worker making sandwiches wearing gloves & wiped her nose atleast twice & that's just whilst I was there. Aveley Subway - very disappointing

This is the second time I've been here and the bread is stale. Come on guys lift your game and throw the old stuff out when it's been there a while. I'm paying good money for this and I expect better quality.

Nice food, but workers there need to read orders more carefully, no point offering people toasted wraps if you won't toast them. Should be easier with online ordering to get it right cos it's written down right in front of you. Anyway still better than the douche bags that work over at Macca's.

I bought a footlong sub and it all went well until the trainee girl wrapping them didn’t put the sticker holding the wrapper on properly. When I picked it up it fell out of the wrapper all over the floor. I then had to pay for another one.no apology no nothing.pretty poor. I’ll never go back to that store again. I’m not even giving them 1 star rating.dammit I had to give a star just to submit this.

They just dont get it right, mistakes everytime and the lady who was on ion Sunday 28/11/21 is useless, she cannot get anything right and will not applogies. Whoever owns this business, this person is ruining it for you

We were served tonight by a lady with dark hair who was quite unapproachable.
Only had one or two bread options - not usually a big deal.
She put 7 not 8 meatballs in each of our foot longs, which seems to be commonplace after reading these reviews.
The cheese was thrown on and she skimped on all the salads, even when we repeatedly had to ask she put more on (to make it a normal amount) and not just a feeble garnishing.
Mostly notably there were only 4 pieces of cucumber and tomato per foot long sub.
She didn’t ask whether we wanted different toppings so instead I had to stop her putting the same on both.
She wasn’t accommodating and made us feel like serving us was a bother.
Seems like the money saved on skimping out on ingredients must be worth the numerous bad reviews and lost sales.

Not my usual subway but on my way grabbed lunch. Never thought a Subway could be this bad. Badly put together and not enough chicken or dressing along with missed olives. I'll be checking out reviews next time before trying a different Subway next time.

Multiple times they put 7 not 8 meatballs on a footlong.then may have left something in store when i visited the night before girl was rude and straight said no without checking or asking anyone then said bye and hung up.
Cheese placements are random and not neat at all.been to many differnt subway before this is the first 1 that does 7 not 8 meatball on foot long trying to save money
