Very bad service, did order through Uber Eat & after 40 minutes cancelled the order without any reason. Don't even let us know? Just got message from uber after 45 minutes.

One of best services in town. The young man who served us was so polite and lovely and the sandwich was done to perfection!

Went there on tueday the 6th of December to get the two for one dealfor lunch that was advertised on the app, the qr code come up with a stange msg when scanned and i got told they cant do the deal in store. They couldnt even offer a soloution around it to give me the deal they were like ah well. I rang a few other stores no one else was having issues just canningvale store was seems to me they just didnt want to honour the deal and wernt planning on finding a fix, or a way around it even a friend went in a few hours later to get there deal still wasnt fixed same response ah well. How convenient for canningvale subway no buy one get one free no free subs given away leave it unfixed aye. I ended up going to maddighton centro store where they were more accommodating. The qr code worked and i got my 2 for one deal deal they were friendly and even threw in 2 cookies for free. This will be my new store from now on, customer service goes along way willing to drive a little further for better service.

Always friendly staff. Delicious food. I always get the foot long BLT with extra cheese, and I challenge anyone to find better value ($10.50). Love this shop!

I went to get subway for my son from the Canning vale shop. I noticed the bread was little bit burnt when they toasted and told them that. As my son has some difficulty with his eating and if it’s toasted very hard, he can’t eat. The response was terrible, 3 staff were there all attacked me like I said something I shouldn’t. Said that they normally do like that. I felt so uncomfortable in front of other customers were there watching this. So I just left with what I got but I know one thing I will not be going back there ever again

I went to Subway Canningvale and served by Rebecca. She was absolutely amazing. Providing exceptional service, being extremely kind and ensuring our food was the best quality. And the food was really tasty.

Place was very clean, nathan was very helpful in choosing my subway, as i don’t go there often - Overall very good

One of the best subway restaurants I've been to. Always plenty of food, great service and the subs are spectacular. Best wishes to the franchisee for the way this Subway is run!

The worst customer service ever came cross no apologies on their mishearing and misunderstanding. Never go back

Under new management I think. I come to the vale for my weekly shop and get subway for lunch. For the second week in a row, the "sandwich artist" was extremely stingy with the filling. Even the salads. 4 slices of tomato in a foot long sub does not even cover the length of the sub.

Better off going to Harrisdale, Gosnells, Cannington, forest lakes, Maddington, etc.for subway

Just ordered Uber eats with these guys and wouldn’t recommend, the sandwich didn’t have the sauces I ordered and the biscuits omg they are so so so hard as rock I usually love subway cookies but ew

You'd think a vegetarian delight has decent amount of avocado, not thin smear of it. Bad customer service, the old indian looking lady yelled at me for explaining that this wasn't the usual as I have ordered from this place many times before. Just lost a regular long time customer that will not be returning.

Most Subways are hit and miss, however I find this subway store to be much more reliable. I don’t think I’ve ever had a sandwich artist miss the mark, and the ingredients are usually so fresh good experience.this store is almost always a good choice for lunch or dinner.

Fresh bread and all generous with everything else was delicious 12 foot wheat bread, I really enjoyed the blue cheese with the seafood!

The staffs are so lovely now …… I had issue with the food and they replaced it and gave complementary cookie for it

Very useless business, bread is poorly made and very few ingredients added. I waited in line for 20 minutes while a young man, obviously still learning struggled and the two Indian owners just sat there doing nothing.

Nice shop but tell me why I get there 45 minutes after it is supposed to open it is still closed
