Subway

I thought this shop close at 8.30pm and when i went to order food at 8.20pm it was already closed. I dont understand why put the close time as 8.30pm rather put 8pm if wants to close early.

Myself and other customers dined in and were subjected to the oven door being repeatedly slammed at least 20 times. We all left our tables as the continual slamming was extremely off putting. We certainly will not dine there again and I will be notifying Subway Head Office to formally complain about this outlet

This subway is hit and miss, sometimes it's good, sometimes it is not. I swear slim shady working tonight was stoned, was as slow as a turtle and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. But the guy with the American (?) Accent is always so friendly and nice, makes up for the other workers lack of communication & skills

Id like to commend branden on making a really beautiful sandwich. I have previously worked at subway for many years and this is one of the best subs I’ve seen made since my own. Well done!

Worst subway ever ordered chicken fillet and salad stale bread dry filletnot even made property chicken hanging out side and by the time i got home in ten min all squashed bread, rolled so tight couldn't recognise it a roll, and many flies in cabinet, disgusting

Customer service was appalling. 4 staff on, 2 people in the shop (the other was waiting for deliveroo order) I waited 10min while watching staff clean dishes & refill sauce bottles. 2 guys were making the door dash order together. If there's customers in the shop, they are always the priority. Disgraceful service.

Customer service was terrible. The girl staff was really terrible and spoiled my mind of having breakfast.

The girl who made our sub didn't know how to close it. When we got home.it wasn't cut evenly and the paper was wrapped into the sub. Honesty not the best subway I've been to

Tuna filing scarce, footlong fell to bits when opened? Packed upside down, too many staff making product, pleasant girl at checkout

I've never seen someone prepare a sub so slowly in my whole life, think he was practicing to be a tortis. The guy looked so tired and moody. Also other subway stores I liked the fit chips but this one, the chips were so soggy and yuck.

I went into subway the other day, to order my chicken classic. To my surprise, the building was filthy. I was disappointed to see dead cockroaches in the corners. I asked if I could speak to the boss Aileen, but she was too busy being rude to her employees. I asked her how her day was, and she said “wouldn’t you like to know, FLOP” - I was disturbed, I couldn’t believe my ears. I will not be attending the store again, good day Aileen.

Went to my local store which I normally do every Saturday and there were approx 12 customers and their families waiting to be served. I had to wait more than half an hour to be served. All the people waiting were becoming agitated because the staff were prioritizing on-line orders and Uber pickups. Next time, if there is a next time, I will not wait. Very dissappointed and you're likely to loose a regular customer.

Lady on counter so stingy with fillings, have to ask for more when she put 2 onion string, 2 leaves of spinich litterly, she made face. Lady shouldn't be on the counter, worst subway she made, we usuat buy from carosoul and other places, never had that sgingy filling experience except his Forrest lake subway.we thought they might have changed, but still the same stringy.

Slowest service out of all the subways I've been to, stingy on the fillings and this is a constant thing not a one off. Southern River subway is so much better.

This shop closes before the official close time so don't be surprised if you get there well before the advertised close time of 8.30pm at their shut.

Very happy with Blyss who served me today, she is very professional, quick and efficient. Her customer service is outstanding.

So, advertise the new garlic bread in store, went to order it, they dont have it.

Tried to order the pizza sub advertised instore, they dont have it.

Tried to order fit chips, they dont have it.

Ordered my sub, asked for spinach, carrot and cucumber. Got spinach and yellow lettuce.

Served by the slowest, most unenthusatic sandwich artist.

And to top it off, bread was stale.

Don't waste your time going there, drive the extra 10 mins and go to southern river, maddington or anywhere else

Excellent customer service by both staff, they made my order and kept it hot in store waiting for me whilst i went to Coles urgently to get supplies for my injured cat. Thanks guys

It's a subway, as it should be. Person serving me was polite and helpful. They had run out of the sandwich bread I wanted, but had all the remaining options. Also the coke zero from the drink machine was not available. There is limited seating inside, but that's to be expected from a small shop. Quick service even when it's busy.
