Subway

Same old story. As soon as I walked in the shop I knew they wouldn't take AMEX. (No surprises there)
It's genuinely a worry.if the owners don't want to absorb a few cents surcharge then it makes me extremely worried what other things they are scrimping on. $12.50 for a veggie footlong. It absolutely has to be 500% mark up.
99% of all fast food restaurants accept AMEX.it's just normal and expected.

I'm more concerned about how stingy the franchisees are. Think about it!

Amazingly friendly, polite, and welcoming staff. The great food is just a bonus. It's great customer service that keeps me coming back. Thankyou

Not the first time, went in 15 minutes before close and both times the same girl was very rude. Basically made us feel very unwelcome. Won't be back again!

Under new ownership, very scarce with the amount of veggies put in subs. Also long waits while they push through uber eats orders.

Good place to eat some wraps, sandwiches, flat breads and drink some beverages such as fruit juices, tea or coffee. Unfortunately they ran out of orange juices when we were there!

Was really busy when we went on Thursday. Although it was super busy the staff knew how to handle the chaos and we got our order done quick. Subs were fantastic and made really nice. Would definitely recommend this subway

Lettuce quality is still poor. Thank goodness for those spinach leaves. Edible lettuce is green, only.

A man aged between 50-60 worked here with out of patiences. Ask him light salad he start behaving very rude. Unfortunate for rest of team

Food is always great, friendly service, super busy during the week around lunch which says a lot about the business

Visited here on the way passed. It was very busy at the time in the middle of their lunch rush. The staff were quick, friendly and made a good sub under pressure. When you go to a subway you expect the sub to be made in neatly, without skimping on salads, and done with a smile and this is exactly what I got. Would come here again.

Really busy but excellent systems in place and staff amazingly efficient.

I am a bit of a regular there in the Winter, more regular in the warmer weather what happy staff. This Subway would have to be the best ever, their bowls of salad like their foot longs are the best I have ever had served to be and I've been to many Subway in my time. In fact their products are so good I don't ask for my Senior's discount. B.

Store always clean. Product always fresh. The guy who I seem to always get served by has A+ customer service skills as well. Best Subby in Perth I'd say!

I have to confess that I have not been to the Subway store before.
However the staff member was ever so nice to me and was more than helpful which was difficult as l don't eat cheese or tomatoes

Been going here for years. No more.

Not sure who the homeless looking fella is that works here now with the head band is but he should try washing his clothes or atleast try changing his dirty and torn SAUCE shirt once or twice a week.

Oh and try not wiping his nose while making everyones sandwich.

Not sure if he watches the news or not.

Anyway everyone and thing else is great hence the 3 and not a 1.

I have had better subway, sandwich artistry was not at the standard I expect form a subway sandwich.
Cut poorly and everything (fillings) fell out when I unwrapped it

I like coming to this subway at collier Rd as they are always tidying up and also putting fresh containers out, they are quick to make my subs and add a twist to it if i ask some times, i have a medical condition so I ask to have my dressing put in a separate container and they are helpful nice people.

Always have ample staff and they are always lively. Great service, great food, will continue to come back near-daily

Great place! Clean, organised and friendly/efficient staff. Away from the hustle and bussel of a shopping centre so much easier and quucker to park, be served and be on your way with yummy, healthy food!

Quick clean and efficient you can also eat in great for a quick bite if your watching your calorie in take.
