30The sub I ate recently was the best sub I ever had! I was served by a guy with black hair, black beard and an American accent, he was extremely professional and definitely deserves a raise. Will definitely be coming back, keep it up guys!
One of the worst Subway in the world. I been eating the Subway for long time and came here for holidays and decided to have Subway for Lunch. The staff who made my sub seems New to me who he didn't know how to close the Sub and made Such a messy Sub. Hate to eat all the salad came out. Need more training.
I came in earlier today and the older women serving me was extremely rude, and unhelpful.do not recommend at all.
Good location, Ordered veggie patty ft was perfectly made, busy store though good customer service.
I ordered a falafel wrap which I regularly eat. The person serving me seemed new because he was asking others for help which is fine. He didn't heat the falafel up or toast it, which is what I asked for. So when I ate my wrap it was stone cold and not enjoyable and I also found a hair in it. I won't be going back there anytime soon.
Absolutely ridiculous how much I got on my salad tonight. I ordered a "large" salad and the containter was barely a third full. There were 2 slices of tomato and 4 cucumber in the whole thing.basically 5 leaves of spinach mixed in the lettuce and carrot. Have tried to keep letting this branch redeem themselves but consistently seem to fail me. A shame since I work on the boat harbour and would be a frequent customer if they could actually deliver a good product. They still have a sign up about covid food shortages, but every other subway I have been too has removed these and gone back to functioning normally and even when there was shortages were not even this skimpy!
Severely disappointed I had to pay for that.
Staff was very friendly, as soon as i walked in i got kindly served and they proceeded to make my order which was very delicious, will definitely be going back soon!
Amazing customer service and the staff is always very cheery and polite. The food is also always yummy!
Normally really like subway. Just had a bad experience here, felt really rushed by the girl serving even though my friend and I were the only two in the store. I even missed some of things I wanted in my sub because I felt too rushed to even think of what I wanted. State of salads was a bit unappetizing as well. Some overall improvement needed for this store
Came in during lunch time, was very busy but the girls managed well. They were so polite and the food was great. New supervisor was fantastic.
The salad's where really not fresh tasted terrible and the lady serving was really rude
And to top it off put the smallest amount of grated cheese I've ever Seen and told me that if I wanted anymore she would charge me for double cheese.would not recommend this subway go elsewhere
Could say the service I got was on of the worst and the crew had no work flow making it very manic even though it wasn’t too busy. Would not recommend
We go every Sunday to Sorrento beach and we don’t have to stress about packing food. We order Subway online and pick it up after a few minutes, then eat it at the beach. I don’t have to queue up and it’s ready when I get there. It doesn’t get easier than that.
Service was shocking.didn't have the bread I wanted. Then chose a wrap and asked for spinach and got 4 leaves
Son asked for chicken and bacon and got only chicken.won't be back
Fantastic service, Girls were amazing with $5 sub offer. Store was too busy but attendance to customer was first class and sub made was good. Well done.
Visit today and store was so busy although served very nicely and customer service was fantastic.
Have been 3 times this summer and each time has gotten worse.
-CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! They overcharge sneakily for things EVERY single time we have been there. $1 for an extra where it should be 30c, hidden charges for items that weren't included or requested. Overcharge purposely like that with 1,000 customers each week for even a dollar or two, and they've made a huge difference on their margin in a year. Not all of us are blind though.
-they do not honour ongoing deals that other subway franchises have on offer.
-staff are very rude to customers and also each other (as another reviewed noted below). Do not expect any apology for 'mistakes' as they will argue tooth and nail about it.
-place is unkempt and dirty behind the counter and they make no effort to clean up

Had visit today lunch time very nice sub made by girl and her suggestions to make footlong insted of 2 6 each.
Absolutely terrible experience I’ve had at any subway ever. Staff here are so rude and disrespectful. To start off with the bread the staff couldn’t even cut the bread right and cut the entire bread with a massive hole in the middle. Clearly I had to ask for a different bread as the girl just kept going on putting meat on it.
Going on to veggies, the staff put four pieces of tomatoes on a footlong even though there was clearly a space for 6. When I asked for more the staff just sighed like I was a big bother to her.
After paying I see her turning to the other staff at the premise and rolling her eyes towards me.
The manger really needs to watch how their staff are treating customers and be more respective as I am spending my money and deserve a good quality service. I’m not paying to get myself insulted in such a way.
