They cut their ingredients in half so that they can give you halve of what their procedures actually say. Tried to give me two pieces of ham cut in half for a foot long (4 halves) instead of 4 pieces of ham folded in half as it should be! When I asked to see the sheet of how many ingredients go into each sandwich I was right it should’ve been 4 pieces of ham folded but the boy continued to tell me that that was what his boss has told him to do… Clearly the “boss” is trying to rip costumers off and budget on product so he gains a higher profit, don’t know why I’m surprised though as that seems to be the theme of Busselton, A RIP OFF!
just to add in good luck finding a manger to talk to in the joint, they all look like underaged stoners!
The Indian lady was clearly high and didn’t give me two pieces of bacon. (ridiculous) The subway was also constructed awfully compared to other Subways. I didn’t know Subway hired people with lobotomies….
Went in 6.40pm, 1.5 hr before closing, run out of a quite a few salads and no meatballs, only one female serving who was very good, this store is so run down
We were there early so quick service, but peak lunch hours can be very slow with long queues.

Terrible service, the 3 staff serving took no notice of what people were asking. Stuffed up multiple peoples orders. No communication between them, extremely slow when the store was not even busy. Save yourself the hassle grab a hot chook and make it yourself
Subway food was so delicious, the guy accidentally charged me 3.20 for a coke. He did try and refund the money but he didn't no how too. He asked me if I wanted some cookies instead. I said yeah OK He gave me 4 cookies. Felt sorry for the guy hope he has learnt now how to refund money
I don’t usually bother to leave a review but I had to this time. This is the worst subway I’ve been to by far. Customer service is terrible. I only eat halal so I appreciate if there is no contamination with meat. One particular staff takes it as an offence if I asked her to change her gloves for me. Today tho I had some meat with my veggie petty which was not pleasant. And the coke machine was broken and tasted like water and I did notify the staff she didn’t care to offer me compensation for it as I had to chuck the whole thing out. Also she would use her gloved hands on the computer and take cash with it anyway wouldn’t go again ever
Communication was very challenging with staff (ESL staff). The toaster was out of service. Cleanliness of the store was questionable.
Disgraceful sour service from a blonde haired young man who clearly doesn, t want to be there. Subway sandwich poorly filled. Would not go to this subway again.

The server was dripping sweat into my bread roll. The place just feels dirty every time you go in there. Refused to take my lunch roll because don’t feel like eating something that a human being has been perspiring onto. Yet if you visit Subway Manjimup it is spotless. Lift your game Busselton Subway
Two days in a row the current staff are so slow and can't seem to listen to what you want. Burnt the bread in the toaster, it's like they are on another planet. Can't go back there it's such an insufficient place. I watching people walk out because they don't want to wait and it's not that busy. Worst subway experience in all my travels
Had a new young kid trying his best to make and complete my order- poor kid received no help from the manager and clearly has had no training and absolutely no support from the lady manager- atrocious! Very rude and ignorant
Wanted a BMT and one Buffalo wings however, no wheat bread, could not be toasted, then told no old English cheese then to top it off no buffalo wings. Such a disappointing experience and want be back. Feel sorry for the two young guys having to apologise for the owners poor management.
Sandwich bar was filthy, salads where all mixed, cheese was dry and cracking, and the salads tasted old and stail. Most horrible sub i had ever had.
Like all Subways, especially the older ones, the place isn't appealing. I'll give the service we received yesterday 10/10. The 2 people there were very good considering that there were 10 of us.
Accepted the order and when we came to pick up, the lady said we closed the restaurant early. Why accept orders when you can't fulfil it?
The most disfunctional Subway I’ve ever been to. Staff need to be trained properly and the owner has a bad attitude. Can’t crack a smile or show any sign of work ethic. Had her daughter randomly walking around behind the counter and in and out of the cool room, unhygienic.
Majority of soft drinks at the self serve dispenser were out of order.

This place is pretty poor. Have messed up my orders on several occasions. Who doesn't put Teriyaki in a Teriyaki foot long. Useless!
