21Second time we have gone in and had the same person serve us, both times it was terrible.they struggle with simple tasks such as cutting the bread without crushing it/flattening it.they never seem to be in a rush or just work at a pace to help get the customer in and out efficiently.today our food was disgusting, they struggled to listen to our order from the get go.just to get home and both our rolls not even cut all the way through.it’s not hard to listen and understand simple requests such as toasting or having cheese ontop of meat and not under it.the whole staff seem to be laid back and in no rush to assist customers.
Went in this evening just to be ignored by the two girls working as they were making Uber eats orders.one finished and instead of serving the (now two waiting customers) she started helping with the other staff member with her Uber eats order, even after it was pointed out that instore customers were waiting.ended up walking out (as did the other customer) without even being asked for my order after standing there for 10 mins. Could I suggest if u can’t do online and instore orders at the same time, choose one… completely ignorant staff who didn’t even acknowledge or apologise as I was walking out …
I ordered a chicken strips footlong with a 600ml drink and 2 raspberry cookies and only got 1 cookie.
The staff on duty today at Warnbro Subway went out of her way in helping me with my order. She was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciate it. I know you have worked hard to cater my order. I am sorry and I do appreciate your effort. Good job

When it comes to ordering online - they never read the notes!
Everything is good but the blasting music, some echoing rap, I swear it was louder than a nightclub, impossible to communicate to place your order, it is ridiculous.
Will not be returning to warnbro!

Salad tastes like cleaning products and they also turned customers away tonight. Waste of money tonight as none of them are eatable!
Have never done a complaint online but tonight is just not on.
We have a household in isolation with one child covid positive, we placed an order on Uber Eats. Upon delivery of our order we were missing two items one footling sub and a quesadilla. The missing items were my sons who has covid and hadn’t eaten all day. On top of this my sub arrived missing bacon and the wrong bread.
I understand mistakes happen but the last few times we have ordered from subway, either items are missing or soggy and inedible. I gave them a call and I was greeted with “hello” not hi thanks for calling subway. I explained the missing items and were told they would make it and we could pick it up…. I explained we were in isolation and couldn’t leave the house. I was told we can’t leave the store no one can drive I reiterated we were in iso and it is not my problem and that they could sort it and organise a Uber. To which I was told “we maybe able to sort something we will try” I gave them my number so they could call back, which they did 2 minutes later. Telling me they had organised delivery and it would be here soon.
We live 6 minutes from the store. 50 minutes later no delivery, I phone back and am met with “hello” again. I explained who I was and was awaiting delivery I was told to hold. After 30 seconds the person on the other end of the phone told me her manger has informed her that they could not deliver the item. In that 50 minutes waiting no phone call to inform me of this so as it stands everyone in the house ate an hour ago, and my son is still without his dinner.
I’m not an unreasonable person by any stretch, but the incompetence and lack of professionalism shown by Subway Warnbro is disgusting I will not be spending my money here again and I advise other not to either.
If I could offer any advice to the franchise owner it would be, actually train your staff not only in appropriate phone manner but how to actually read and get orders correct. A monkey could have given better service that what I received today. It’s a shame there’s not an option for 0 stars because you don’t even deserve one!
Can't remember 3 ingredients twice and still got it wrong! I called the store to complain about what I found when I opened it. I was offered a replacement but refused a refund and then promptly hung up on.
Really really good subway. Service is friendly and usually very fast. Fresh ingredients, well run and they are good with my son who likes to order for us. Love the schnitzel and the meatballs. Really well run subway.

Yes, I went here and got a sandwich. I got my usual order; white wrap with meth. 10/10 would recommend.

Young lady working on her own on Saturday morning was very friendly and made a great sub! Great customer service!
What kind of subway turns their toasters off at 745 and has no white bread, on top of that the customer service was pretty unwelcoming. Just a bunch of silent people making a sandwich at a subway that slacks on their equipment 45 minutes before close. Not good enough.
This was a very poor example for a vegetarian sub one bite and was sick would not even give it to a pig.
Not happy waiting 20 minutes to be served because there too buisy doing Uber Eats and only 2workers.
Absolutely dismall service and sub was average. I actually would suggest to avoid this store. Go to Waikiki.

This is the best subway from Perth to Bunbury. They make sandwiches for customers like they were making their own. Always full and fresh.
