44Over the top friendly woman that greeted us when we walked in. I ordered a toasted steak melt, I was struggling to see where it was toasted! I then asked for spicy mayo but unfortunately I turned my head away when it was being applied she had drowned my roll in the mayo it was pouring out the sides. It was very bad. My friend ordered a seafood footlong that was so poorly put together that it all fell to bits when unwrapped. The price is alot more expensive than any other subway stores. Will definitely give this store a miss in the future.
The store was tidy but everytime I go in there and get the same sandwich 6 inch an Italian herbs and cheese with ham and salami I get charged different prices it’s ridiculous! Last time I paid $7.50 then 8.50 and just paid 10.50 for it and it had no sauce and 3 things of vegetables I told them and they go oh it’s because u added extra salami when I didn’t keep your prices again ur service was horrible to!
Always receive great service at this store! Staff are friendly, store is clean, efficient sub making even with a line out the door, will visit again!
Poor customer service in store, didn't followed the instructions. Gloves were dirty while making food as well as the store. Manager was bullying the staff as they didn't followed instructions.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit.probably gonna prefer subway in Cockburn Gateway over this store.
Food is all good, no complain. The only thing, really, is that the staff need to be trained how to make a wrap cuz they don't wrap, they just roll over and it's so loose that everytime the stuff inside just fell off everywhere when I opened it.
Friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately the lettuce shortage made the "lettuce" taste like cabbage which would be ok if it was advertised as such but do feel a bit shafted. Other than that service and quality are fantastic.
Disappointing.sad customer service, empty salad tubs, stingy with the salad, had to ask for sauce and salt and pepper, rolled so tight it was squashed! Pay top dollar for takeaway and come away feeling ripped off! Lift your game Subway and check in on what your staff are doing.
Worst customer service I saw in a subway. Got a wrap and seems like it’s the first time they did it. Should’ve checked the previous reviews before I go there.
Wouldn't bother, had a 6 inch chicken sub and spent the evening on the toilet! The staff aren't exactly friendly either go to the Cafe next door or head up to cockburn central!
Eww went inside and there was food all over the floor. The restaurant was empty but they proceeded to process 5 online orders before me. They didn't even look up or acknowledge I was there with my family of 5. Wont be going here again
So good. Really helpful staff. The roads to get to this place are chaotic though. Needs a driver with experience for making really sharp turns

Great little Subway! Clean, staff are courteous, the manager Holly always remembers my order and genuinely cares for her customers.
Was served by a girl named kym, who was not welcoming and sneezed on my sub and didn't even apologise.yuck!
The worst subway I have ever been to. Girl who served me (green shirt) was nice and kind.as soon as I walked in she began to serve me, however a staff in a black shirt and bandana distracted her by showing her a video on her phone while I was standing right there? They kept talking back and fourth while I was standing there patiently waiting as the girl in the green shirt was in the middle of taking my order. In that moment I was about to walk out of the store I was so annoyed. Stood there for 2 minutes while they were talking and the black shirt lady was showing her a video of a dog. Extremely rude. While I was telling her what salads to put in they kept speaking back and fourth (completely unrelated to work), resulting in the green shirt lady continuously asking me to repeat what I said because the lady in the black shirt wouldn’t stop talking! It took double the time that it should have to get my order made, all whilst they were talking and ignoring me! HORRIBLE customer service. Second of all, their prices are much more expensive than other subways. My regular subway at the gateways store costs $6.10 total, and my order here cost me $8.05 for the exact same thing. Third of all, the bread was rock hard, and the sandwich was so poorly made, the sandwich wasn’t folded over properly, all the fillings were falling out, I could hardly eat it! Never going back here again. Always going to my regular cockburn store, worth the longer drive.
Arrived at 7.55pm store was half packed away. Female worker was not very atentive and clearly didn't want to be there. I had to ask her to put her mask on correctly she put it over her nose and said it was loose. Didn't appear to be loose looking at it
Was served by a guy named Jack, I greeted with a nice smile. The sub was made quickly and efficiently, but ticked all the boxes for a nice lunch. But yeah, this Jack guy definitively needs a raise, very good worker.
Please update the delivery apps (doordash, menulog etc) menu to include the seafood sensation sub. I live round the corner, but am forced to order from a subway 4km away because your store hasn't updated their menu on any of the delivery apps other than ubereats, who have the most expensive delivery fees usually. I'll delete this review and change it to a five star once you've changed it.

Thankyou to Ashley & Nicole, we ordered 3 footling, all loaded and toasted, The girls were super busy with uber orders aswell, they never lost thier cool under pressure and they all worked in sync to push orders through! They worked fast and effortlessly, while having a chat and laugh with the customers, best off all the subs were delicious and not messy, which I appreciate.thanks ladies
