Subway

Inconsistent at this store. Sometimes decent, sometimes terrible. Today I ordered my usual but the guy who served me made it as if the ingredients were coming out of his wage. It was about half the size I’d usually expect. Paid extra for avo and beetroot too and the avocado was almost transparent because it was spread so thin.

The service here is very bad the girl staff who was serving me was very rude.

Great location in front of Bunnings Joondalup. Amazing staff. Much faster service I ever had in subway. And all the salads were really fresh. Clean restaurant in and out.

The food and service is always excellent. Great healthy good value meal.
I definitely recommend.

I don't know why, but I walked in not expecting much when I ate hear recently. I ended up leaving very happy. The service was very friendly and the salad was perfect. I'll be back.

This place is crystal clean. Salads were fresh and looks fantastic. I will definitely come back here and this subway is highly recommended.:)

Subway Joondalup is extremely well organised to the extent that queuing time at peak hours is cut down as a result of having enough staff behind the counter. Service is great and the staff polite and efficient.

I ordered cappuccino it's took them 15min 2make it I went outside to drink it tasted like water to let everyone not come to subway ok!

These guys seem to be a bit stingy with their fillings.

EG, rather than the standard 6 pepperoni and 6 salami slices for a foot long BMT, they consistently do 5.

Or the standard 6 tomato slices, 6 cucumber slices for a foot long, they consistently do 4.

I’m assuming it is cost cutting due to covid, but it’s not ideal and a bit sneaky.

Convenient location but unfortunately for the food that comes out it is very poor and the work ethic of some workers is even worse. Have only been here twice and on both occasions there has been bad food experiences and this morning I've had to go back 3 times for the same order

Continue checking your itemized list instead of serving a customer standing right in front of you or even acknowledge me, a "I'll be right with you would have kept me in the store"

Nothing beats a subway like this after a long shift at college/uni. Bring a mate, have some fun.

Went there yesterday and the lady who served me. Was very rude and poor customer service! Definitely needs some customer service training.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to the service was absolutely terrible get some new staff that have some respect!

Had a very nice man provide great customer service to me today! Fresh ingredients, good quality food items and a good store and close to bunnings too very happy customer!

Best Subway store I've ever been to. My wife will only eat Subway here. I could go into more detail, but it's not necessary.

I was served by Danwel today who was very helpful and has very high customer service. He was serving me, answering another customer and helping his colleague all at the same time which making any of us feel they are less important. Very talented
