AVOID AT ALL COST

I had a 6inch tuna Subway from here and got severe food poisoning. I know it was from this subway because I only ate that on that day. I should have known all the warning signs were there the Subway was dark and dingey when I arrived and I was the only customer there at the time. Staff was only one young girl who was extremely rude and had attitude like she didnt want to be there. I will never eat subway again the food poisoning was horrendous for 24 hours!

The young man was pleasant & answered any questions I asked about different meats & combos, prepared our 3 foot longs without skimping on ingredients like many other stores I visited, wrapped well & generally great service. The atmosphere was meh so a little vibrancy in the foodary wouldn't go a miss but not with loud music.

Excellent service and food. Young gentleman was friendly albeit slightly quiet. He took enormous care in preparing the subways which was nice to see. Some other subways visited seem to throw them together. Very clean and presented very well. Atmosphere was quiet but still had a pleasant experience.

Extremely good and friendly customer service. Workers Emily and Tara on the Saturday night were very efficient. They weren't stingy with the amount of salads, and made both of my subs very fast. The store was also very clean. Very impressed by this store and its service.

Unfortunately one of worst Subway outlets I have purchased from. The staff were standing round charring when we arrived but the food prep area was in serious need of attention. Actual service was good, but the resulting rolls were sub par.

Been there several times, bread is always squished, veggies are not fresh. Usually most subway stores give plenty of salads, this store gives only a tiny bit of salads.

Stopped in for lunch, impressed as much as a subway can. Didn't skimp on the chicken, sub was full but not breaking at the sides.
Can't ask for much more from a chain, clean tables, fast enough and air con was ok.

So disappointed! Added bacon to my sub and it was raw - I’m also not convinced that the chicken fillet had been in the microwave. Also asked for pickles and was given cucumber. Disappointed.

Such an average sandwich at such an exorbitant price. Also charging a dollar extra for beetroot but not telling you about the additional cost seems predatory.

Rudest staff ever. Ordered a seafood sub and my choice of protein was laughed at by the employees, who then proceeded to play a game of ‘paper, scissors, rock’ while serving.
However the rats in the walls are a nice decorative touch, 5 stars.

Ordered 2 teriyaki subs on Ubereats and only received one sub.
Literally says on delivery bag, enjoy your ‘sun’. Not subs…

Love this place! Everyone is so nice however I always get to many chillies (fault i order extra) and I always end up with a spicy surprise in the toilet! I’ve been coming here for years and always making the same mistake I love the store motto Live, Love, Laugh Never heard it before but I love it ️

I love this subway! I love how they have a good selection of drinks, all though i only ever get Pump Berry Storm (i think ive bought all of their pumps because i always get my 2 for $6.00 deal!). Great staff. Very good. Very Clean.

The BESTTT subway in Australia! The staff are so nice and they always make me laugh. Their all so fast and speedy like wizards and always put plenty of salads in the subs. I will continue to buy my lunch from here every day! The people that work the lunch shifts every day run that store no doubt about it.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the staff that is working now are terrible, would not recommend anyone to go there.

Amazing! Placed an uber eats order through this store and asked for extra extra olivies, usually when I order from different subway locations they never put enough olives but whoever made mine put the perfect amount and they wrote a little note on the sub saying "hope this is enough olives". Literally made my day thank you so much

I had ordered Subway for myself and my staff (6 rolls/wraps) for lunch and had it delivered through Menulog. One of the rolls delivered was a 6” instead of the footlong that was ordered. I called the store and spoke to Sophie and explained to her. She offered a store credit but I asked if I could have it delivered instead because my order was delivered. She spoke to her boss and I heard her offer to drop it off. Sophie was really polite on the phone and I appreciate her driving the 15 minutes to drop off the roll and they also gave us 6 free cookies.

Subway stores are mostly all the same. Except this one. Service, staff and pricing quirks are the differentiators.
All subway stores have their Meatball Mozza Pot at $3.50. Yet this one has it for $3.95. It would need Sherlock Holmes and Einstein on the case to work that one out.
Also this store needs to sort out their Subway app scanner/reader. It never recognises offers or credits after scanning. This problem does not happen at other subway stores.
