Subway

Sandwich was pretty good but was a little annoyed only 1 bread selection even after being opened for 30mins or so on the day.

This Subway has gone backwards, your lettuce/cabbage mixture is all cabbage and no lettuce. There aint no lettuce shortage in WA

Although the roll was fantastic the girl serving wasnt the nicest person iv met
You almost want to walk out.was like pulling teeth.

Partner and I went to grab two chicken classics one with bacon which was still barely cooked.

Both chicken were cold and barely cooked as you ate the centre the chicken was stringy. Barely heated or at correct temperature for eating.

Went to grab receipt but was refused.
Being a Chef for living, this is utterly disgraceful.

Salad was bare average with tomatoes past the freshness date and pure soggy, beetroot were soggy and foul tasting.

Worst customer service@any subway ive purchased from.

Never busy but I'm always left waiting. Owner priorities uber over walk in customers so the wait is even longer, then when he severes you he's rude and rushes you out.

Awesome Teriyaki Wrap. Staff friendly and efficient. Very busy. Premises clean. Highly recommend.

Subway is generally pretty reliable when it comes to a tasty healthy alternative to the usual fast food fare. This outlet is no different. Nothing particularly outstanding about the place but nothing wrong with it either. The carwash is right next door so you can always give the rig a wash while the kids spill salad and mayo in your interior.

I tried to call to complain but no answer. Pretty sure my bread is a couple days old was so dry and crumbly I had to ask for more lettuce cucumber and tomato as they put the tiniest slices of tomato and cucumber and like 6 shreds of lettuce. Yuck I want a refund

I just ordered a foot long steak sub and it is beyond average! I'm not one to write review's but this is that bad! I don't blame the kid working as management seem to be saving wages by having 1 staff member on at the lunch rush, 8 people lined up behind me and the kid was under the pump. Apart from the roll being slapped together and looking like a did had chewed on it before being wrapped they were out of tomato and spinach! This is at 12.10

A great little subway, is fresh food, good customer service and clean restaurant. I love how the staff was really friendly and helpful that why I keep coming back.

Poor girl serving was left alone in the shop to do everything, from making the sandwiches to payment at the till. The consequences were long waits as she had to keep changing her gloves to use the till etc. She handled it v well.

This place is perfect they workers are really friendly, fast service and good especially a new girl call Natsini is perfect the location and workers

Poor customer service. Zero conversation. Not saying staff must chat, but even if I had of wanted to, this guy was grim as. I asked him if he was having a bad day in a nice way and sometimes that gives a hint that they're being a bit off or moody and staff usually brighten up from that question. But this guy just tried to justify his attitude. Awful. I left very promptly and will not be returning. I like good customer service. Like I said, doesn't have to chat but a smile or a "how are you today? " wouldn't go a miss. I asked him how he was and NOTHING in return. He really did well at making me feel like a huge inconvenience to him HAVING to make me a sub. I asked a couple questions about the bread as they recently took my fave bread away and they happened to be out of the alternative at this store. So naturally a question is warranted? Obviously not. Was going to eat in but this dude made me want to leave, pronto. Currently eating me sub in my car.

This Subway café is kinda in the middle of nowhere but that's what makes it a great addition to the area, in terms of healthy fast food options. Staff were friendly and efficient and cafe was clean and tidy. Great place to grab a quick bite on a hot day as the air-conditioning is great! There's a car wash next door as well!

Usually very good. I dont even go to the spearwood subway becuase this subway is soooo much better ive been recently at night and the guy who owns the red honda jazz is such a incompetent workers couldnt believe he left my sub sitting there over 30 seconds while he was trying to make 2 more subs who came in after me till the guy even told him ph you can make the other guys sub coz he knew that his way too slowso i just left hope u never leave that guy on his own ever again

Always happy with the service and options for the meat and salad rolls with sauces at Subway. The staff here always seem to have good tunes playing here to.

Fast and friendly. Staff turn around is quite high so you might get a trainee, but they are taught well.

Not the best subway I have been to but it is in a good spot to stop off for lunch in the south Freo area
