31All the subways were light on salad and had no lettuce, with the last inch on both sides of all the subways not having any salad at all. The meat was also very light. For a $18 sandwich this level of quality is not acceptable. Highly unsatisfied. The customer service was also horrible, when told about the issue they were unwilling to help and hung up the phone on us. They wouldn't refund us or remake the order, instead telling us to bring down our subways and they would add more lettuce, which they then also reneged on. They also tried to blame the uber driver at first, saying he had opened up all the subways and eaten out the lettuce, saying it “happened all the time” even when it was very obvious that they hadn't been opened.
Did online order pick up for 1.25pm finally got it at 1.34pm. The boy made the wrong order and instead of apologising him and the girl working there just laughs and talks in their own language. The customer service is pitiful. Just a simple sorry goes a long way
Went to High Wycombe Subway on the way to work got told I will have to wait as she wasn’t ready15 minutes later. Then in between making my roll touching the door handles not once did she change her gloves disgusting service
It was horrible the bread was already burnt before they put it in the toaster they pretty much just smash it all together and don’t take time with the food there whole shop needs a new manager or new staff I don’t like to be rude because they can’t help it but some of the staff I can’t understand and they don’t even look like they know how to make a sub I feel I could of done better a horrible place and will not be going back
Food is great as always, never once gotten my order wrong. They could do with a bit more coordination but otherwise great service.
Staff had appalling attitude and put no effort into making my sub, they were rude and didn't seem to care about the lack of quality put into their product. The sub itself was poorly put together and they proceeded to put salads on that we're not asked for and when I brought it up that I didn't ask the woman thought it appropriate to laugh with her co-worker about it in front of myself and other patrons. Worst subway I've been to.
Ordered online 3 servings of the garlic bread/toastie today. It was nearly inedible, it’s like it was chucked in the microwave on stale bread, not the slightest bit crunchy, completely soggy. I was really looking forward to this as I always enjoy my subways from here. Really need to change how you make that, it’s really bad
The subs are very poorly made. Some ingredients are clearly not fresh. The staff working here appear to have no interest in providing a good quality product or a clean and inviting store. Worst subway store I have ever visited!
The guy on shift today in the black shirt made the worst subway I’ve had. Super light on the salads and not even amounts across the subs - super patchy and same with the sauce. Next time will be asking for someone else
Staff were slow and rude didn’t seem to have any care for their jobs. They were sloppy with putting together the subs basically just putting it wherever it landed on the bread not distributing it at all. My partner was given things he didn’t ask for on his and the coworkers laughed together when he said he didn’t want that. I’ve never had a bad experience with subway until now didn’t think it could be so hard to make sandwich when the customer is doing the thinking part for them. And what’s with subway not having any pickles lately
Very poorly made subs, i walked out in disgust half way through my subs being made yesterday!

The two staff that were on at this time need to have some more training on producing a good subway. I personally don't think it's hard to deliver a good subway quickly and efficiently however, I do understand that staff may feel rushed to get them out asap. There just needs to be more care taken so that meats and salads are evenly distributed across the bread not just thrown together with no standard or care. More care needs to be taken when taking the order as well. I asked for no spinach or olives and olives were just thrown on top. Just in general, there needs to be a bit of retraining so that people aren't disappointed with their order. I hope this feedback is taken into account. I mean no disrespect to the staff, but I am definitely not inclined to revisit this subway in High Wycombe, Perth and feel disappointed to spend my money on a pretty abysmal, poor outcome.
Have been visiting this store roughly once a month for last 8+ years.
Actually feel it has improved in that time. Several aspects were shocking way back when.
I've currently rated 3 stars. "so so" - certainly still room for improvement.
Looking at recent reviews by others, was suprised to see so many 1 star reviews.
Horrible food, staff refuse to use the toaster oven 2hours before closing as they dont want to clean it
Didn't get correct order on uber, definitely not worth your time or money ordering in store or on uber.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Not only was the staff member extremely disinterested in doing his job but I had to walk back in to complain about the wrong cookies being given to me. When he did replace them, they were cold and hard as a rock.

Went for lunch Sunday, only one person serving … veerrry slow. Finally got to me then asked me to wait while she dealt with someone asking for table to be cleaned! Finally 2 other staff ambled out from the back - too late for me.
That plus meh sub and flies crawling over the food area means I won’t be back.
Absolutely terrible I’ve given them a few chances to come through but it’s a slow moving store where obviously no one cares about there job. Service was terrible and so was my sub
I usually love Subway, but this store is very bad. The place was filthy, and the staff were sullen to the point of rudeness. They seemed to hate their jobs and resent customers for 'making them' work. It was quite appalling.
