Never have had a subway refuse extra ingredients especially if being paid for

Food was amazing, made the perfect sub, I think his name was Jesse, he is a young kind gentlemen.
He did give me a rainbow cookie but it didn’t have many blue m&ms but I’ll forgive him on that one.

Was craving Subway on Wednesday night 23/8 and we walked in just after 8: 25pm. We asked the young staff members if it was still okay to come in and they were happy to serve us. They did not rush our order and we’re very friendly. Such lovely staff and service tonight.

Mate, lemme tell ya Boston and parry. Their service 11/10 sorted me a killer feed hot fresh too good.

I was just assaulted by the manager - she intentionally slammed the door on me as I was leaving - she decided after telling us she would give us a refund if we brought the completely incorrect order in that she would not… poor service - incorrect order- rude and aggressive manager

Chicken teriyaki subs have got to be the best by far here, always made fresh and quickly done to and so delicious so thankyou! Will recommend to others.

If you going there before closing time, they gonna treat you like you asking for free food, they were so rude and disrespectful

They are mixing cabbage in with there lettuce. There food has never been fresh and now they are trying to pass cabbage as lettuce. They should be shut down

Is this for real are you serious brought 6 and got 2 like this im absolutely flabbergasted in this and they taste like rosemary not happy and the level of decline from the byford store has been quick maybe kids need an adult to guide them in how to do there job.

The staff was polite but charged me just about $17 for 1 foot long when the price is 12.40 or something, with no extras so I’m a little bit annoyed. Wouldn’t advise going here.

I think his name was Dylan who served me, Absolute legend. Polite, professional towards myself and the other members of the team. He's going places if he keeps that positive attitude up!

Gone are the days of subs full of meat. 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese in a foot long is pretty poor, along with a few spinach leaves and slices of tomato. What happened to folding the meats and layering them?
The concept of gloves is thrown out the window when they use the same gloves for subs, then till, then cookies.
Young lads are nice but they need to lift their sub making skills

It was a wrost customer service. Went today around 7.30pm. The guy who served us has no idea about customer service. Asked for avacado, he put less than a pea size. Askes for beetroot, he put two or three very small piece of beetroot and asked for pepper.he mentioned sorry its empty. Did even consider to go and restock the pepper. When asked the incharge What type of customer service is this? He mentioned he is busy because he is training two new people.if you are busy then you need to talk to your manager not use that as excuse for this bad customer service.

Service without a greeting or a smile.not good. Also had to ask to have the fillings go right to the end.
I have been to subways many of times but this one has got to be the worse by far.
Best part was the lady at the till

Worst subway ever simple ham subway cant even make that properly no tomato because to lazy to slice more not even the lettuce is shredded it just pulled off the lettuce in big leaves. Lord forbid if you put a leaf to much in the sandwich. Shame on you Subway Byford you are giving the Subway Stores a bad name lift the quality and quantity dont be a tight arse.

Straightforwardly usual Subway selections at affordable prices with quick and efficient service. Easily accessed and nearby parking. Off the Albany Hwy in Kelmscott, so good for a southern run or a meal out whilst shopping at Woolworths or Spudshed, both nearby.

One of the best subways ive been to. Its got a large clean eating area and is well stocked. The staff are friendly and efficient (much more than usual) and we went at a very busy period with a huge order for a family gathering and they were really speedy with their service and got the orders correct first time and understood our requests which doesnt often happen at my locals. The food was usual subway but no one had complaints it was all fresh. My salad and cheese sub was delicious! Thanks for the great service! Would definitely come here again.

Ordered a BMT toasted and Chicken Schnitzel foot long. Absolutely disgusting. Girl behind counter was packing away despite 1/2 hour to close. Had attitude and it showed in way it was prepared. Worst subway Ive ever had in 20 years. No filling (2 piece of tomato, skimped on fillings including meat and cheese). Threw it in the bin when I unwrapped it. Thought it was a joke. Never ever again at that store. Turned me off Subway!
