Subway

Got a 6in with teriyaki chicken was asked if I wanted it warm of course I do. I only wanted tomato and cucumber she put 2 slices of each on. I pay for salad doesn’t matter which one but I pay the same amount if I wanted everything. Icing on the cake was when she turned to get chicken out her head covering wipes across my order. That has put me off going back… thank you whoever you were

Worst Subway of all the Subways. Certainly the weakest link in the whole chain. The issue is the meat portions they are purposefully putting half what they are meant to because of instructions from Managers and owner. Not according to Subway guidelines and standards. Using the meat for one foot long sub in two subs.horrible putrid service

Not the 1st time I've been there and no white bread, hardly any meats and had no onion. Had a person who didn't listen and had no clue what they were doing.

Saturday 09: 00 just opened and NO WHITE BREAD, only one six inch size left!
Absolute joke. Same issues over 12 months ago, obviously not learning anything.

This place has seriously gone down hill, staff seem thick, slow and uninterested. Maybe it's a complete lack of training I'm not sure, but won't be going back.

Store looked run-down, they were the 1 Subway store NOT in the entertainment book. Will go to the Malaga store or Alexander Heights store next time.

Not happy at all with their customer service. Very rude.

Disgusting customer service and also noticed your refusing service of people not wearing a mask that is so wrong to those who have actual health issues.

Great sandwiches, slightly more filling than you get at other Subways so great value for money and not too heavy handed on the sauce which a lot of Subway stores are. Served today at 2: 30ish by dark haired lass, made me the same sub last week and both were perfect! Not super smiley but polite, more important to me that my sub is right anyway!

We just got some lunch from this place, the stuff working there was been so rude after we told her we like to order one extra sandwich for my kids.
She tell us should let her know earlier but at the moment we are the only customer in the shop, I can't see anything wrong if I like to order some extra food.
Never go back again for such poor service.

Host ID 509538, Ordered a footlong falafel and she literally took 4 pieces of falafel instead of 6 and crushed it so that it looks more and yet still I got charged for 6 pieces and then just 5 single pieces of onions. I honestly wont recommend this place to anyone, since the owner change, they have gone very stingy. If only I could give them 0 stars.

Fantastic service from a young lad who was staffed by himself while it was very busy. Did not get flustered at all and is a great representative of your company. Was also very nice and was accommodating to my diabetic needs. His name was Gsel.

Absolute superb sandwich making from the staff, I applaud management of the store as they have trained their staff very well, when I came in and ordered, a smile to their face was always present as well as a friendly conversation throughout, sub was made to perfection and would definitely recommend frequent visits to this store

Lovely customer service, good selection of salads and bread. Really enjoy the malted rye with Turkey! Restaurant is clean and smells of freshly baked bread. Have been coming here for years and never had an issue!

Great staff, food was quite delicious store looked very neat and tidy and the staff seemed to be working very hard.

Came in this Tuesday around 3: 30pm and was served by a very polite young man who was very helpful with recommendations of what was good. Best sub I have ever had, cleanly cut and wrapped perfectly unlike other subways.

It's a Subway, so you can expect the usual range of rolls and fillings, the staff are fast, friendly and polite. It's in a good location and is a fairly busy shop most mornings. Lunch time is quite busy. They are a bit more generous than many Subways with their fillings.

Tried to call, no one answered.
Ordered 2 foot long chicken schnitzel subs. Both had one piece of the chicken still frozen.
Staff need better training.

Amazing service from the staff, a young girl (Holly I believe her name was) serves me often and is always friendly even when busy. Always a clean restaurant.:)
