34 Although there were 3 people on shift (bread, salads and the till) they were all sooooo slow. They picked up each item at a snails pace and couldn't seem to work together when there were bottlenecks.
There was also a complaint whilst we were being served - not sure what about but they remade the wrap for the customer.
Good for people who have a lot of time to spare.

It's 2 days since I wrote last review & I'm starving. I know Subway promotes itself as a healthy option, even a dietary option to lose weight. Well the only way I'll lose weight with Subway is if I keep coming back to Subway Clarkson Store.because they're ALWAYS shut when I get here even though close time is 9pm. Grrrr

Yet here I am again at 8.35pm on a Saturday night being told by 2 subway staff that they are closed. Happens often at Clarkson Subway. Annoyed & disappointed.again
Ordered through doordash, order was missing multiple items and subway was inedible because the amount of salt put on.
Every time I go there it’s terrible, I ask for no salt no pepper and he put it on the whole subway and ruined it. So much attitude
Had a pulled pork
footlong. I think it's the worst subway I have ever had. Pulled pork was pulled very thinly. Poor value for the money. Won't be going there again.
Manager needs a serious attitude adjustment
Manager rudely asked "what bun? ! ", after already being told but not listening due to breathing down his staffs' necks. I then waited for him to ask "what cheese? ", as clearly listening wasn't his strong suit, he instead raised his eyebrows as if you say: "well? What else? ". As grumps put my sub in the oven to be toasted I looked at the anxious faces of the other staff members.
To the younger staff that work there: don't put up with that behavior. That is not what having a job needs to be like, you're clearly not being respected

I’m isolating due to covid so I could t be in the store as I usually am most days and they treat me with a lovely letter and cookies!

VERY sub-standard customer service.
I made an order through Menulog for my kids & their drinks weren't delivered. I called the store, only for the phone to be answered by someone no older than about 12yo, with a simple 'Hello' I had to ask who I had called. After only saying, I had placed an order through Menulog, I was cut off & promptly told 'No, we're closed' I finished my sentence & the phone was handed to someone else who took my name & number & told me a manager would call the next day. By late afternoon, I called the store again because no one had called me. Again, the phone was answered with a simple 'Hello' I reiterated my complaint, only to be told no such message was left for someone to call me. I was also told I'd have to pick up the drinks myself. So I had to rectify the error THEY made, at my cost.
Very, very poor customer service.
Rohan (franchisee) very very stingy with his toppings. Lucky if you get more than 3 bits of onion on your subway. Always having to ask for extra when it should be standard procedure. Certainly not worth $8 for a 6-inch. Money hungry owners!
Had a BMT tonight, delivered by Door Dash, It was delicious. I was happy to see that (going by the tracking app) it wasn't made until the driver had arrived at the store.
Mumma always couldn't handle the foot long chicken terryaki with all the trimmings.but the staff member serving me made it picture perfect it was delicious! Iv only ever had 6inches before which I now know it just wasn't enough.
Rude and stingy.i got two slices of cheese and had to ask for more olives because i got a good 5? So rude and snappy, sorry you hate your job but dont ruin my day.
A footlong wrap is meant to cost the same as a footlong sub, please educate your staff so they stop overcharging customers by charging for double meat.
Ordered a meal of two footlong's for pick-up at 7: 35pm. Arrived and advised the staff there of my order. They both looked confused and stunned as if they didn't understand what a pick-up order was. There was no apology for the order stuff-up on their part either. I then informed them that I had already paid for it on the Subway app for pick-up at 7: 35pm. The young staff member then said the order hadn't come through properly and it would take 'a few minutes' to make them. 15 minutes later and it was finally ready. It was not created as to how I made the selection on the Subway app, and was not worth the money spent. The footlong's were subpar and the last time I'll ever order from Subway.
I have been there once and will never go back. The staff put so much sauce on even after I asked for a small amount. I live 2 mins away and by the time I got home the "toasted" sub was stone cold. The cheese hadn't even melted! I had to wipe a ridiculous amount of sauce off and then toast the sub myself to make it edible. Even after that I only ate about a quarter of the footlong sub. What a waste of money.
The staff are friendly, but looks like lots of cross contamination as the salad stuff is mixed with other salad ingredients and the sauce bottles are very grotty.
Ordered platters for work function and accidentally fell over when I took them to my car and dropped them all at midday on a Friday when store was so busy. Owner assisted me and quickly made two fresh platters while I waited (even gave me a free soft drink).

I live in Clarkson and went few times. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Manager Looks miserable and seems to oversee staff, making sure they won’t give you a fair value for your money. Salad is skimpy, even when pointed out, not much salad added. Does not represent what’s advertised and what other franchises offer. Premises were clean. Young people were nice but trained to serve minimal salad. What a shame. Will not go back.
This Subway is great, the manager however is either in a good mood or a bad mood and he makes sure to show it!
