Had a veggie delight and the lady accidentally put bbq sauce in it which I don t like. I told her it was sweet onion not bbq sauce but she still insisted. After a while she agreed on redoing my order from scratch but added cucumber on the previous one (I thought maybe she ll used it as it will go for waste). When she was doing my new order she was about to add cucumbers and I said pickles politely. She looked at me and said « you should have told me this before, you ask to add it on previous one ». I denied again and told her I have never said cucumber. She didn t even apologize for her mistakes. That is a really bad customer service and rude.
It’d be appreciated if the sandwich artists put more care into spreading the ingredients evenly so I don’t bite into 6 pickles and a clump of red onion.
I have a promotion 2 wraps for 12 I asked the staff can I use it? She told me I can't after she asked the cashier I asked why she said"I don't know ”and very inpatient face ,the cashier even didn't check the system just straight rejected ,two of them were not friendly service.
You’d think at 12: 30pm on a Tuesday you’d have more than 2 people on. It took 20 minutes to from walking in the store to walking back out. The staff that were on were both extremely slow, getting orders confused and unhygienic. A delivery driver came in and she didn’t have the iPad on her so she basically demanded he give her his phone, touching it and not changing gloves or anything. She didn’t know where his phone had been and why couldn’t she have just grabbed the iPad and read the order. And to top it off, you’d expect with how slow the staff were your sub would actually be made correctly, instead ingredients were just thrown all over the place, sauce not even across the sub and wasn’t even wrapped properly. Will never be back. Terrible in every way of the word.
Very poor service, not experienced staffs, a meatball sandwich wrapped so loose and was mess. Not recommend it
Ordered a large amount of wraps with no notice. The person was happy to help and I had my order quickly. Highly recommend!
This place is so tight on all the fillings - go to the subway on Hay Street for double the value.
If i could give no stars i would! Worst Subway ive been to, every time I go I have to ask them too add more lettuce and sauce, they have stuffed up how to actually make the sub more than a few times and when I ask them to fix it, I always get attitude back! They also messed up my deliveroo order majorly! I hope this place hires new staff asap!
Literally the worst subway ever been to and I’ve been to plenty! Gave them ago 4-5 times as I work close. I will never go again. Each time was bad enough, however the last time was terrible. They had no idea what they were doing and I received the tiniest bit of lettuce. Had to pull the lady up on it and say I want more lettuce. They go light on all their toppings and they’re rude! Wouldn’t recommend. I had the same thing twice and they charge me different every time!
Each branch of a franchise has some variations, this my favourite subway. They also have awesome weeknight deals. $16 for two subs.
Argued with me, worst subway i’ve defiantly been to. Bad customer service, scam me for my order.forced me to pay for a order I simply didn’t want to pay for because it was not what i asked for!
Blatant stealing going on in this store! Asked for a footlong Pizza sub - "There's no pepperoni so we'll add more salami". No pizza sauce either. When I'm about to pay the girl goes on to charge me for a BMT even though I argued and said I only ordered a Pizza sub. They said they didn't have Pepperoni so they substituted that for more salami. Never did they tell me once they're going to charge me for a BMT instead of a Pizza! I was holding up the queue so I paid for it and moved on. But this is shocking practice!
Toppings are quiet scarce. Need to continually tell the staff to add more meats, lettuce etc. When I asked a staff member to speak up a little more because I couldn't hear her she then looked at another staff member and whispered and they both looked at me like I was stupid. This wasn't the first time either. Last week I witnessed the same thing happen to a work colleague when he asked for more olives, it seems there hands can't hold more than 10 pieces of sliced olives and then spread over a foot long. I remember a time when the toppings couldn't fit in subs but now not so much.
I get to the end of the line, the dude behind the register grabs his handkerchief with both hands, sneezes into it, sniffles his nose, puts the handkerchief on the bench, grabs my semi wrapped sub, finish wrapping it with paper, grabs a subway tissue, hands the lot to me and say thank you!
I'm thinking, I paid for food not germs you idiot.

I never get charged for VAT (10%) from another close by Subway, Hay Street. Also it's a take away and the invoice printed "Total (Eat In) ". I felt being cheated. Check your bills. Will never come back.
