Terrible subway, undertopped and boring. Not worth the price, go to the re store so much better.

I would give zero stars if possible. I’m a vegetarian who ordered a vegetarian sub only to get home and find an entire meatball in the middle of it. I will be reporting this further as a matter of food safety. The staff were rude and total disregard for cross contamination.

Didnt see server add requested salads to my salad bowl. Asked and they said they did add them

Got two Tuna subs from here, fast service, friendly staff. Only problem was some of the meat and cheeses looked a bit dry. Other than that pretty decent Subway

The girl working in there is by far the worst subway employee i have come across, didnt bother to ask whether i wanted it fresh or toasted, seemed in hurry and there was literally no one in the shop as it was super quite, felt she wanted to get it done with and was in no mood to work and to make it worse she used an worn tissue to wrap the subway which eventually left stains on my white shirt.
Simply terrible.

This Subway makes the best Subway toastie. Always mindful to spread the sauce and make sure that it's actually toasted.

I must say that this is by far the worst sandwich I ever tasted.
The girl working there either didn’t have any quality training on how to wrap a sandwich or she just doesn’t care.
The cheese, avocado, salads and the sauce were so unevenly placed it was just difficult to hold up and take a good bite.
The taste horrible as salads were not place evenly and that sauce was just smeared on one area.
This girl definitely needs some hands on training on proper technique.
There was hardly any customers and she was just rushing to get the order done.
It’s not a backlash against her. She simply might be missing out on some good training.

What a waste of $50+.
Ordered 3 simple subs but 1 sort of right, 1 split over 2 subs and one completely missing!
Called to ask what went wrong and had a “too bad” reply as they were shut.
Never will order from them again.
Will be posting as many bad reviews as possible!

Subway Subiaco was excellent the friendly staff the well made sub. The whole experience was fantastic

4 stars just because you guys don't have vegan/ dairy free alternatives, like Vegan Cheese. I'm personally not vegan but I'm lactose intolerant and like me there is many other. The staff always great!

Bad customer service. Takes 2 members of staff to make one sandwich and no agreement of waiting people.

Probably one of the busier Subway's around these days, however, there are always enough staff to move the line quickly and efficiently.

I've never had to wait too long. They haven't made any mistakes that I've noticed, and the staff are all friendly enough.

I will happily continue to return.

Ordered online through them for a launch event for work. Amazing service. We forgot to bring the company card, however instead of us driving all the way back they offered us to pay over the phone.

This was an amazing Subway. Best I have ever been to. Not only was the food good, the workers were so nice and they all looked like they were happy. I would definitely recommend to all people.

Got some good cookies from here. Prime location if travelling on the train and need to stop for a bite along the freo line.friendly staff!

It's subway. Nothing too new or special. Except for the falafel on the menu I guess. That's a nice addition.

Super friendly staff and was awarded one of the best stores in the state (if not probably the best)
Quantity on ingredients are great compared to other branches which can be quite neglectful.

One of the cleanest Subway's that i have ever been. Great customer service welcoming. Smiles all arround good vibes as you walk in. Seeing these guys make your sub is quite satisfying. Adam made mine and the wifes Sub delicious. Great Job Guys keep it Up.

I can't believe how damn good the staff are - friendly service, very polite and their service is efficient. The place is clean, the food is fresh - I don't think I can actually find one thing that these guys do wrong. They're straight perfect. To call Subway Subiaco "just another fast-food" store would be truly unfair.

They have an award on the counter that says Best Subway 2017 - and they 100% deserve it.

Also, a couple of weeks ago - one of their staff members, Elise (?), was patient, caring and extremely attentive to the needs of a disabled customer. Hopefully someone from management sees this review and thanks her for her service.
