Subway

I can buy the same footlong for a dollar cheaper at Kelmscott. The store is in a cheap area yet charges a dollar more than Haynes and Kelmscott. This is the only food franchise that changes their price from store to store. Nearly $15 for a salad sandwich. Good way to lose customers.

Ordered at bmt with Bacon for like $21 and they didn't add the Bacon the bread was soggy the tomato was disgusting, the sub was rushed and their was no care.

Yesterday tuesday 18 July aound 3pm I bought my favourite Footlong toasted Ham Roll and it was delishes.
The roll was presented 100% purfect not soggy, not falling apart just the rite amount of pepper and Ranch dressing
I was pleasantly suprized on the service and allround experience
I can say other than an outlet in Auckland this is the best presented and tasting Subway to date.
Well done to the crew on the above time

Went from getting 6 slices of tomato on a footlong, to 4 pieces a lil while back, went in today, 2 pieces cut in half and spread along

I needed an Urgent catering solution, to my relief the 2 young employees Bella and Janvi were happy to make my 2 catering platters for me straight away which was a life saver. While I was waiting for my order they received a phone call from a difficult customer who was demanding a refund for a drink and ect. I was so impressed by their maturity and calmness in dealing with this situation plus making a big order. We'll done Bella and Janvi:)

Very poor service I ordered a meatball salad by Uber it took over their frame by 20mins and when it got here it was just a bowl of salad noooooo meatballs so I had to drive in my lunch break to get my food when I have payed for a service. I payed for delivery didn’t get it payed for food I didn’t get it

Friendly service. I had just done my shopping and the lady opened the door for me so I could leave easily.

Im highly allergic to capsam telling them before making my food after eating my sub half way through starting having an I'm anaphylactic attack I couldn't breath and had to be rushed to the hospital

Noticed improvement in changing gloves although not with cleaning the knife. Will continue to purchase from there to support our local subway and just nicely prompt staff:)

Veg was not fresh at all.very disappointing after spending alot of my hard earned money on this food.

We got lunch their today the subs where okay but the bloody cookies had hair in it never again am I going back their it was disgusting eating a cookie with someone hair thru it poor serivces for sure just plan yuk.

Absolutely poor service when they have made mistakes!
Food quality is appallingly assembled and they do not read their customer orders properly!
Worst subway I have come across!

Sloppy and below usual standards compared to other outlets, stale wraps that break when folded, less than normal falafel in the wrap, and was wrapped without any salads, just cheese and falafel, had to be unfolded and salad added. Felt like I was an inconvenience. Staff dressed in casual clothes, deliveries taking place through the front door and behind where my food was being made. Will never be coming back.

After seeing the food cross contamination over the last few visits has made me rethink purchasing & eating food from here. The store & service has definitely gone down hill over the last few months.

Updated review as I went in with a neighbour who wanted to buy and I noticed improvement in wearing gloves although not with cleaning the knife. I really want to support a local business and would hate to leave a negative review.
