Car park absolute chaos! Hard to park and frustrating to get out of! Subway very rushed, asked what chicken I wanted and assumed that I wanted the schnitzel, then when asked what sauce i wanted.was told they are all out of thousand Island, south West and another, and have been for a while! (The sauce is what gives the ultimate taste!) Ah' well didn't taste as good, especially given the schnitzel instead. I would rather Joondalup Subway anytime!

Subway is pretty good for a quick lunch or dinner, it gets a bit expensive.
No napkins provided anymore, staff were pleasant.
Would keep going back time after time.

Was absolutely awful!

Subway girls rule! Blonde girl with tattoos and the other girl that’s there bright and early with the glasses make subway a happy environment
Always smiling and having a laugh, foods a big expensive but 100% coming back

Want to commend Beau on his outstanding service! This Subway was really busy and Beau was rushed off his feet however he was apologetic for the wait and was still extremely attentive. He ensured our subway was exactly how we wanted it and made a fantastic sub.

Was very disappointed with the service received today at 5pm. 3 people working, two juniors and I assume the manager. The manager mid 30's, short black hair with tattoos and piercings did not have a care in the world for the customers! Ignoring everyone except her friend which she was gossoping with while leaning on a ledge.

I feel bad for the young lads seriving all the customers by themselves.

A typical Subway shop but this one was seriously short staffed and the young ladies they had working were very easily distracted from doing their job.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff, comfortable in house seating for staying there and eating. Recommended for good tasting fresh sandwich!

Clean. Friendly staff. But as you move away from Perth the chicken quantity reduces and process increase.

Just another subway. Depending on which staff are rostered when I attend is what decides whether Subway here in Geraldton is deserving of a 5 out of 10 or.yes it's true - a 9 out of 10. But.there's only 2 "genuine" staff at this franchise. The rest are monotonous, robotic & I find disingenuous when they speak & obviously bored and take little pride in their work.
As I said - a normal Subway outlet.

Even though store was busy, the staff member that served us was friendly and didn't seemed stressed by the pressure

Service is good. Least meat they can give. Less than all the subways I had before. Even salami should be 3 slices one serve in a 6 inch but here is only 2.

Been having a lot of salads at different subways lately. Abi (according to her badge) made the best salad I have had at a Subway. Excellent job. She was also very polite and helpful.

When we walked in the door the manager? Owner? Was berating a staff at the counter should have been taken out back. As we walked up to counter the manager? Owner? Said someone will be with you shortly instead of stopping what she was doing to serve us. When another staff member approached and asked us if we would like to know what today’s $9.00 special was again the manager? Owner? Had a go at this poor girl telling her not to offer the cheaper subs and does she see any special signs in the store. When we asked for the type of roll we wanted we were told that it has been discontinued so then we asked for the filling and that was discontinued also we walked out never to return to that store again. Also

Rude staff at front counter. Staff do not allow customers to make a decision on what they want to order. And I was the only customer. Anybody can cut a bread but if there is no pleasant customer service, I won’t go back. Change your attitude!

Of the two Subway's located in Geraldton, this one is consistent faster service. Parking in the complex however, is a nightmare. Very tight, limited turning space and many scratches and frustration. Be smart and park elsewhere if you are in anything larger than a mini.

Usually the best made Subways out of franchises I've had, parking at both is an issue and close too early for dinner.
